I needed to send a bank wire on short notice and appointments were already booked for the day. The manager, Chad, not only listened and gave me accurate info regarding the wire process but was able fit me in with a banker(Norma, she was great) and get my wire completed on time!!!

One teller for over 20 people in line!! Other location just randomly closed, no reason why

Worst Bank of America location period. There are a few closer to my house with better service, but I can only go on the weekend because they keep cutting hours to physical locations more and more. I have to visit this location because it's next to my work and on the way to a different bank I deal with. Cutting hours of service and having only one employee working the line is NOT how you manage a location. It's impossible to get in and out of this location. There are 7 employees that I can count at their busiest time. 9 customers in line to see the teller, and ONE, I repeat ONE teller. ONLY. There is always just ONE at this location. The drive thru has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, so we have to come inside. What's everyone else doing? Only one of the other people has a customer in their office. The manager is the door man instead of helping with the line. A customer complained on the way out, and the manager just told him that people are working from home. How can you be a teller from home? How do you have so many other employees in the branch in random offices helping no one and say they are working from home? Why is no one cross trained? Don't tell me you specialize in service when you have none. Even Walmart does a better job. Dear BoA, this branch needs to be closed or completely retrained. Especially the "manager" who just tells people to stand in line. Sincerely Everyone.

Worst customer service. This Morning i stopped by for some quarters and penny rolls. I request the teller 20 rolls of penny and 5 rolls of quarters, and he said he only can give 7 rolls and i told him can you please manage from the other teller counter (as only one teller was opened at this time), He said he cannot do that. He is rude and not helpful and didn't explain about the shortage of pennies. He tried to handover those rolls without any plastic bag or box. I asked for the plastic bag then he gave to me. I told this incident to one of the associates who was in the computer near the entrance, and he told me that the guy who was in teller is the manager. Customers do not care who is the manger or not we care about the good customer service. The associates to whom i explain the incident explain me about the shortage of the pennies and apologies but the teller guy rudely denied my request.

Dear Bank of America,, I went to express my disappointment with The worst “Customer Service “ ever experienced in my life!! Extremely disappointed treatment to me just went to notary one paper,,, Last week I called this branch and asked if it’s okay to walk in after my work and someone answered,, said yes you welcome, So I went and lady on the door with rude attitude refused and said I have to make appointment or I can go to UPS store ,,, I can’t believe after 11 years with BOF agents refuse to do service for me and asking me to go UPS, Even I asked her can you help me looking for witch branch close I can go she said no … So, I asked her what’s your position because you not wear Name Tag 🏷 and what’s your name? She answered Dora. @BOF, needs to review, assess and train their staff at this branch. Unfortunately, we are never coming back and completely discourage other existing this brach to avoid humiliation and poor customer services.

This bank has been closed for 4 weeks now and didn’t post a Convenience letter on the door to notify the public when they would be re opening, nor did they’re voice mail or they’re web site. This location also usually has only 2 tellers as well so the line runs long as does the wait. For those in the area that bank with this location I would recommend taking your business else where. I know I will be.

I got apoiment at 3 pm I got there at 2:40 and the lady in the front desk said you came to early and the mad way . And I respond is better to be early than be late but the previus custumer before me I can tell is is rude even I know spanish because she was talking in spanish she try to found the way not to help the client Dora the lady in the front entrance and Chad the man in charge in that moment he was rude and unprofesional. I see why they keep changing managers all the time because they don't know how to treat people the look of you upside down . I see why this bank got bad reviews!

9:30 on 12/18 and the bank still isnt open with a line out front. Was told it would be 15 minutes. 15 minutes has come and gone. No one has come back to the door. But i bet come 1pm they will lock up immediately instead of staying open later since they opened late.

HORRIBLE BANK PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU. Came in to do a wire and was told that we had to have an appt. One lady said we could wait but it may be hours and if their appts show up they would NOT be able to help us. Worst customer service ever do not waste your money or time with these people and do not use this bank. Mr Anthony was the only person who took the time to help us.

Worst customer service possible. They spend more time telling you why they can't help you than they do helping you. They also insisted, for over a year, that I bring my deceased father in to deal with a simple issue, despite having a death certificate for him and my being on the account. I finally had to tell them that I would bring in his ashes if they'd like. Then{after having an account for 25 years} they told me that I had put down the wrong birthdate{?}, and insisted that my birthday was NOT my birthday. I was all..."my mom's 80, but she was there when I was born and that's when SHE says my birthday is."<{as well as all of my ID, which they have seen forever.} It would be hard to surpass their level of bad service, yet they keep showing us that rock bottom has a basement.
