The bank is great been with them for over 7 years, my only complaint is if you call customer service prepare to wait on hold for a very long time no matter what day or time. Don't know if understaffed or what. As a business owner customer service is my biggest pep peeve. And waiting on hold for close to an hour to over an hour just to talk to someone is terrible and may switch my 2 business accounts and savings to another bank just because of hold time.

I've been banking here for about two years now. They been nothing but courteous to me with whatever issues I have. I love that they are open later than other banks. This bank even helped me with an issue for my sign on with their app. It was very nice of them. Thank you for all you do!

I’m very surprised to read so many negative comments. I’ve been banking here for over two years. I have never had a bad experience nor have I once observed rude or disrespectful behavior from the bank staff to customers. It is a VERY busy branch and there are times that are worse than others. But this is not the fault of the staff. These young people have a tough job in a hectic environment with a huge responsibility on their shoulders and in my opinion they perform it competently and courteously.

Always a pleasure at this bank. Yes, it’s inside and honestly pretty inconvenient but I made that decision and I’m happy I did. Keke is the best banker there, and welcomes us with a smile each time. Also sometimes they have little cookouts on the side and that’s pretty neat lol

I had the worst experience in this branch. I was waiting in the line for over 10 mins only myself was in the line. While I was waiting the young lady was assisting a customer however within that time she was joking around with another employee and taking her sweet time to complete her transaction. When finally she calls me she did not direct me as a customer and deposit my account and threw my 20 dollar change without my deposit slip. I see an manager name what I remember ms.Banks I turn around and asked her if she's the manager. She reply yes and i explained of what accrue and this other employee which I think she was the branch assistant manager. Very rude and with a tone justifying the the other banker was a trainer. I immediately tell her regardless he was joking around and both was delaying the transaction and allow me to wait that long for a deposit without having a line and a few minute simeone get in the line. other No apology from the bankers and that rude person. Ms. Banks did apologise. So you all know I do speak Spanish and they was not talking anything work related. My first time there. I am a customer that has been banking for many years at Arlington branch. Those employee never disrespect me and makes me feel welcome every time I go there. I am a very passive person. In order for anyone to upset me takes a lot. I will never recommend anyone to go there and I will take further actions in this matter.

My husband is a full signer on his deceased Father's account. We went and attempted to deposit checks, and they told us the account cannot accept deposits. We were quite shocked and asked why, they couldn't tell us. WE had to call Customer Service hotline and they could find NOTHING wrong with the account, nor any reason for it bieng flagged. My husband made the remark (in a very diplomatic and calm way) that maybe its time to close this account, the Branch Manager said OK and moved to the next customer. Horrible Customer Service and untrustworthy banking practices.
