Great service! Mrs. Bedolla at the Hurst branch made my loan process go seamless. She answered all my questions that I had regarding the personal loan I was inquiring. She was warm and very welcoming. Thank you for being such a awesome person. ~Manuela

Makala was super helpful and sweet while helping my kiddo open a savings account. Can't just walk in without an appointment to see a banker anymore but once we were there for our appt there was no wait. ~J

The bank is great been with them for over 7 years, my only complaint is if you call customer service prepare to wait on hold for a very long time no matter what day or time. Don't know if understaffed or what. As a business owner customer service is my biggest pep peeve. And waiting on hold for close to an hour to over an hour just to talk to someone is terrible and may switch my 2 business accounts and savings to another bank just because of hold time. ~Joey
