Makala was super helpful and sweet while helping my kiddo open a savings account. Can't just walk in without an appointment to see a banker anymore but once we were there for our appt there was no wait.

Told me it would take over an hour and a half to open a business account. Went to the parking lot and on my phone opened one in ten minutes with another bank. Bank any where else.

Back when I was 10 years old, my father opened up a savings account for myself and my 2 siblings, and put 100$ in it. The idea was that we would each start saving our money. After a while, we all totally forgot about these accounts. One day my dad was going through some old files and found these papers. I went to the bank to see about getting the money out. Wells fargo charged us 10$ a month every month after we turned 18. We lost 300$ and there was zero notification this was happening. Banks make money off of your deposits and most banks even give a small amount of interest so to have a bank charging to hold on to your money is ridiculous. We have had other bad experiences with wells fargo as well with our first home mortgage. Oh, and lets not forget about all the illegal activity wells fargo was recently caught doing. I will never bank with wells fargo for the rest of my life and neither should you.

She asked to use the restroom and was told by the Wells Fargo employee,”We don’t have one.” I will be moving the two accounts from WF to a bank that treats their customers better.

What a joke of a bank, they have gotten so big that they don't care about their clients anymore. This Wells Fargo has single-handedly made my decision to move banks easier. 80% of the time the ATMs do not accept deposits 50% of the time they wont let you withdraw. WHAT GOOD IS A BANK that cant even perform its BASIC functions as a bank?? Cant withdraw cant deposit its always HASSLE trying to use the ATM. ONTOP of the fact wells fargo has gone down the drain in the last few years, credit card at its limit? LOOKS LIKE TIME TO CHARGE YOU INTEREST ON YOUR PURCHASES, puts you over your limit, THEN they charge you a overlimit fee of $35 that only gets bigger every day you don't bring it back down. oh? you emptied your savings for a real life emergency? TIME TO CHARGE YOU A SERVICE FEE FOR NOT KEEPING $300 MINIMUM IN YOUR SAVINGS. then it puts your savings in the negative, then they charge your savings a overdraw fee. THANKS because more stress was what i needed. Trying to refi your loan or apply for a home? nope we are going to deny you for stupid reasons such as ''not enough history'' WTF IV ONLY EVER BANKED WITH YOU MY WHOLE LIFE, you HAVE all my history! bottom line is if your not upfronting loads of cash to get a mortgage, or keeping thousands in ALL your accounts at ALL times then wells fargo does not care about you.

Out of town on vacation and needed to do an emergency transaction and get it in the mail. Did the transaction, needed an envelope and a stamp. No they could not help us. Sent us on our way. One .50 stamp an .08 cent envelope. Could not help us. Wells Fargo has MANY our dollars on the books and could not help us with .58 dilemma. Maybe I should re-evaluate who I pay to make money off me.

One of my really good friends has been going through a lot lately. She's recently been kicked out of her house and her family took all of her money from a joint account. The banker named Jessica Martinez was the biggest help we had all day. She did everything she could do to possibly help us. If you ever need a banker - definitely request her. She'll give it her all and she's honest.
