I had a great experience at this store. Forget salesmens name but he was very helpful,not pushy and seemed knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe the price plus no delivery charge and they took my old mattress away for free! So far the mattress and the lift were a really great deal! I would recommend shopping here.

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon to purchase a bed. The store was empty, so I had time to try almost every bed...twice 😆 the clerk was very nice. He even arranged for same day delivery. I purchased a queen sized, adjustable bed and 4 pillows that are like clouds. The delivery guy's were nice as well. My tracker showed that I was in deep sleep for 4.25 hours. I've had this tracker since last June and I've never had that much deep sleep. I am so excited. I will definitely purchase there again. The price was right, customer service was amazing and the product is amazing.

Scammers. Don't buy from them. You'll regret it. The store manager Billy Mullins is only nice to you until you buy from them. Afterwards they'll show their true face. They delivered the wrong product for me and when I went to return it he refused to, absolute garbage. I wouldn't recommend their business to anyone I know. I'm talking about the store on Nicholasville Rd in Lexington, KY. Again, do NOT buy from them. They removed the review feature from their facebook page for the Lexington store. They deleted my review on their FB page. Please don't waste your money and just avoid mattress overstock, there are plenty of alternatives near by.

Employees are extremely friendly without being pushy. We have purchased two sets of mattresses from them and the process has been simply and the product good and affordable. I would definately recommend them!

My visit yesterday was awesome. Right in, right out— no wait & he cut my deal on a mattress for my son that I just couldn’t refuse! My son said it’s like sleeping on a cloud! The salesman thanked my family for their service by offering a military discount & even offered to bring the mattress to my home at the end of the day, however we needed it ASAP so he loaded it on up, on top of our suburban & strapped it down! Excellent customer service & I’ll most definitely be returning when I’m ready to replace my mattress in MY room.

An absolute horrible experience with Mattress Overstock on Nicholasville Rd. Save yourself the time and frustration and take your business elsewhere. The customer service that we experienced was something I had personally never witnessed before. The utter disrespect and disregard for a customer's concern was shocking. I honestly left the store thinking, "how do businesses like this one actually stay in business?" I'll spare you the details of our experience, but after returning two defective mattresses within a two year period, the management's refusal to honor a manufacturer's warranty, and the lack of any sense of doing the right thing should say enough about these people and overall company. As a business owner, I would expect a certain level of professionalism and overall management acumen...not at this store.

Mattress was a good deal and the salesman was very helpful; however, after the sale was made the salesman was very vague about delivery and gave us a phone number to call. I called the number once home and got a voice mail. I still have no idea when the mattress will be delivered. Apparently customer service ends when the sale is made.

I've been trying to get an adjustable bed for 3 years. I've tried 5 local stores and online stores and have been rejected due to bad credit. I was gifted money to purchase one. Due to health issue's I needed it ASAP. So I found one 'ON SALE' , waited till noon, had to approach sales person (several were standing around), waited 10-15 minutes for him to 'check and was told it would be 1-2 week for delivery. So I went to MATTRESS OVERSTOCK. I was immediately greeted.☺ Was shown 3 beds that met my needs.😊 😊Was told they could deliver it next day.😄😄😄!! Everyone from start to finish gets 5 stars. If your time is valuable and you value customer service, go to MATTRESS OVERSTOCK!!! How's my bed?😴😴😴 LOVE IT!!
