I really liked Mattress Firm. I've never dealt with them in the past but I will be a repeat customer for sure. From the moment my wife and I came into the store we were greeted by Denver, our salesman, who was never pushy and answered all our questions with precision and politeness. Denver listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up-sale or persuade us in anyway. Great experience and I highly recommend Mattress Firm..

Just moved to Lexington and needed a new mattress. Our salesperson, Denver, was very knowledgeable and walked us thru the myriad of mattress options. We started with the standard innerspring mattresses, then the hybrids, and finally the memory foam. As we laid on the different models, Denver talked about the specifications of each one and compared the differences between them. The best part was the no sales pressure to buy! We got some pricing and went and looked at a couple of other retailers, but we decided that we would buy from Mattress Firm because of our experience and comparable pricing.

I bought my mattress in April. Long story short, turns out it was defective. I have had it 60 days! The manager informs me he can replace it but I should buy a protector because over time all mattresses can do this???? He then informs me that because there is nothing wrong with the box springs, they will be charging me in excess of $100 to come pick up their DEFECTIVE mattress with the box springs. Having this defective mattress has really hurt my back and they had zero empathy. He and Denver, the store associate talked over me and never once showed any ownership of responsibility toward their product, their store or being a good human!
