I am very pleased with our first Arhaus purchase. With excellent design help from Barrett and Sam we selected a large sectional sofa, area rug, and leather chair to make a functional and cozy living room. They helped with numerous design questions along the way and were at the house for the delivery to ensure all went well. The quality and design of the furnishings from Arhaus are top notch - we've received many compliments already. I look forward to purchasing more pieces from Arhaus.

I bought a piece of furniture and I went to pick it up and had horrible service. I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner. She spoken to me in such a degrading tone and had no respect for my time. I was told that when I came to pick up my furniture it would be wrapped and when I arrived that was not the case. The lady in store acted like I was crazy for thinking that even though it is what I was specifically told. I left the store without my furniture and now have wasted 3 hours of my busy day. This is the last time I will be buying from Arhaus.

I have loved the finishes of Arhaus for some time. I was blessed to cross paths with Barrett Hudkins at the Hamburg store years back. She had continued since then to be attentive to my needs and has handled more than one adjustment to my order.... Remake return, retouch. You name it. I love everything Arhaus furnishings has accomplished in my house. Beyond that Barrett is personable and I often just stop in to say hi now that my house is finished in Arhaus. Looking forward to more projects to come. Can't say enough good things about the management and staff of this location!!! Thanks for being set apart!!!!

Ordered what is an expensive dining table to me (just under $3000). I don't feel I rec'd the best service. There were issues getting my table that caused delays for a few weeks. And when it finally arrived, it came in pieces a few days apart. Now the feet pads have fallen off (like you see on cheap furniture). The only saving grace is that the table is beautiful and except for the pads seems well made. I contacted their customer care number and asked for support hoping to get someone to come look at a couple of flaws and also those pads. I never rec'd a return call at all. As the old saying goes, " burn me twice, my fault." Edit: I am editing because of what I now know about the furniture we purchased. This is the best piece of furniture I've bought that isn't a rare antique. It is really nice looking. If you do go there, just expect a wait for delivery. They did make things right.

They are not only beautiful, but functional living spaces. Barrett showed me you do not have to sacrifice one to get the other. The slip covers wash perfectly and look just like new again. This also holds true with the outdoor furniture. The durability of the furniture is truly put to the test by our family of 5 and 2 giant mastiffs. I started my Arhaus experience with a couch. Now my ENTIRE home both indoor and outdoor are furnished by Arhaus! The new Summit location is stunning and a must see. The friendly staff and beautiful floor displays will make it hard to leave empty handed.

Just had my Landsbury sectional delivered and it looks great in my den and is so very comfortable. Always enjoy browsing through the beautiful store and they even let me kick off my shoes and really try out the sofa! Karen was great in helping me choose the performance fabric in a shade I really like. I'm so glad it's made in USA and comes with a great warranty.
