7 Best home goods store in Lexington, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Good luck finding things in here. There’s always cool stuff but this one in particular is very disorganized. Stuff is shoved in shelves…. Also checking out is a an experience in the study of the end of the road. Nobody there gave half a s… about the job. Like 10 people in line, one employee talking about her baby daddy, her words not mine, and the other just standing by listening while one guy was left to check out the line of people. Good stuff cheap, if willing to wait 30 mins to check out. ~Michael

I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically but after that the employees were just sort of doing thier own thing. I liked the overall atmosphere and the fact that it has two stories was pretty cool. The clothes themselves were too trendy and way overpriced. Some interesting vintage-inspired home decor but I'd rather go to a second-hand store and find real vintage of my own. ~Meredith

We used to love this store. Today we had the worst experience and will never go back. We were looking for a sofa and found one we thought was perfect. We were going to buy it but realized the store had posted 2 different prices. One price was the manufacturer price on the box. The other was a price that was added onto the box with white duct tape. The manager on duty, Gabe, refused to honor the manufacturer price. As you can see, we thought we were getting a couch for $399. Instead, At Home lost a customer. ~Justin

I am very pleased with our first Arhaus purchase. With excellent design help from Barrett and Sam we selected a large sectional sofa, area rug, and leather chair to make a functional and cozy living room. They helped with numerous design questions along the way and were at the house for the delivery to ensure all went well. The quality and design of the furnishings from Arhaus are top notch - we've received many compliments already. I look forward to purchasing more pieces from Arhaus. ~Emily

I very much disagree with Wilcats4444 comment from a month ago which is showing most recent. First, it's a Dollar Tree and once of the smaller locations at that - the amount of stock in a small location can appear clutter, clutter can be perceived as "not clean"- there is never a time I've been there where someone isn't in the process of cleaning or stocking unlike other locations (not just the Dollar Tree) where you walk in to employees on the phone at the register when no customers who don't even look up to acknowledge your entrance. Second, when is the last time you went to Dollar General down the street - talk about clutter, not clean, rude employees. The parking alot alone to the entrance is less than visually appealing. Last but certainly not least - Cameron's attention to customer service, greeting each customer even if at the register with someone, recognizing you as a regular, ALWAYS in a fantastic mood to the point it brings your mood up a level if down is beyond an asset for this location and I do hope he is recognized by upper management and rewarded for his performance. ~Teresa

This is one of my favorite dollar trees in lexington. It was a stock day so they had boxes everywhere and bare shelves here and there. I was able to find what i needed though. The bathroom needs work! It stinks and is dirty. They could probably put some decor from the store in there and use some of the cleaners. Its definitely cleaner than some of the others in town but not by much. ~Kenzie

Recently, we started a significant home remodeling project that prompted us to consider updated home furnishings. As a result, we met with Sarah in Ethan Allen's Lexington store to discuss our interior design needs. Within a couple of weeks she had come to our home and then created an amazing 3D presentation of her design plan--including suggestions for furniture, fabrics, light fixtures, and more.
