As a result, we met with Sarah in Ethan Allen's Lexington store to discuss our interior design needs. Within a couple of weeks she had come to our home and then created an amazing 3D presentation of her design plan--including suggestions for furniture, fabrics, light fixtures, and more. We’ve had a great experience with Ethan Allen. I worked with Janet and she’s been incredibly patient and kind. I think we spent over 6 hours designing our living room spaces, and she was helpful and a wonderful listener without being “pushy.” Highly recommend for all furniture and design needs!

Janet from the Lexington, KY store helped me find the perfect sectional couch and chairs for our family room. She was wonderful to work with. She helped me choose custom fabrics for each piece and she kept me within budget. We purchased the Richmond sectional for the deep seating feature andt two Turner swivel chairs. Everyone in my family loves all of the pieces and the best part is, I know this furniture will last.

Ordered a custom table. Lead time was understandably long but worth the wait. I have a table that will last a long time and always look good. The staff was excellent through the entire process.

Merch and service in the store were great, but they charged $200 shipping for a dining table that had to go less than 5 miles. Gouging and completely unacceptable. Took two weeks for arrival. Another minus.

Lisa Wilcox recently designed my dream home! She spent so much time with us to make sure that we didn’t just like, but we LOVED every single thing. It was so much fun working with her! The colors flow from room to room so perfectly. She connected with us instantly and knew what direction we wanted to go, incorporating things in our design that fit our lifestyle. She never pressured us to make a sell. You can buy furniture or you can work off a well thought-out design plan. We had an incredible experience, and I will without a doubt go back and use Lisa’s services for any upgrade or project!

Loved taking my clients to Ethan Allen in Lexington. The designers were super helpful & really listened to what we were trying to accomplish. We were able to fully customize our pieces from the plethora of fabrics to the many stains and finishing touches.
