This store is beautiful and the employees are also incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a difficult interaction with a manager at the Cincinnati store in the past that soured me on going there even though I live in Cincinnati. Consequently, I tend to avoid it and will often time some purchases to pick up at the Summit store when I go to Lexington. I have never been disappointed in their service, and they often have inventory that Cincinnati does not have.

I just visited the Pottery Barn today. I was hoping to look around and purchase some soaps and bath bombs. However, as we were looking, one of the workers would not stop lingering and following us. It was not subtle, and she never asked if we needed anything. The environment was very unwelcoming and the experience made me and my friends very uncomfortable. Perhaps we were followed and profiled because we look like college students and not the pottery barn clientele. Terrible experience.

I'm posting this in the hope that someone from PB can contact me to help with an order, because the customer service line has been basically useless. I placed an order for 3 pieces of living room furniture in early May and 2 of the pieces have been ready to schedule for over a month, however this a piece of the 3rd item that is still not available, but their site says it shipped a month and half ago. Nobody can seem to tell me where this is, when it will be here, or what the issue is. I've spoken with customer service and the furniture department multiple times and everyone seems pretty clueless and unhelpful. For furniture that is so expensive, my customer service experience has been atrocious.

Chatham FSC® Mahogany 4-Piece Sectional, Honey - The ABSOLUTE worst. I have had this sectional a little over 3 years and it looks likes it is 20 years old. The cushions hold water and mildew. They must be propped up to one side to the any rain water out. I have covered this pricy ($3,000) including the cushions every fall/winter. The finish looks terrible. I am shocked actually. I so expected way more out of this Brand.

Rudest service EVER: We ordered a couch five months ago, were charged for it, and waited five months for it to be delivered without anyone from the company contacting us about delay. To track it down, I spent two hours on the phone. When I posted about it on Instagram, PB Customer Assistance wrote, "Maybe you should grow up and order another one?" I don't normally post negative reviews, but this is beyond what's acceptable.

I placed an expensive order on March 23, 2020 where it had among another pieces, 2 chairs -Kayden. Turned out both chairs were delivered (tried to be delivered), one with defective manufacture, and the other with broken legs and base. Both chairs were returned with the delivery crew (from PB) at the same time of the attempt delivery, with the promise from PB that they would be replaced ! Well, up to today’s date I don’t have any information on the chairs’ replacements! no contact from PB customer service, impossible to reach the customer service! Even the personal designer from PB disappeared! Now, when will I receive my chairs? Ps: I have already paid for the order! My money is there and my pieces no! PB is lacking professionalism and they literally does not care with their customer!

Horrible. Multiple issues. First the order of a “L” shaped couch and 2 chairs was delayed. We were then notified that the shipment was ready only to find out that our couch was lost and had to be replaced. After countless calls and discussions, our order was finally delivered on 12/9. However the couch was WRONG! Now I am stuck waiting on another couch to be made. Beyond amazed at how poor the service has been. Disappointed because the company does a great job at selling the product, but delivery and accuracy is terrible. Was told multiple times by each person I spoke with that, “this happens all the time”. Sad that this has become a “normal” response.

I visited this store a few times while in the Lexington area. I was never greeted or even asked if I needed help. The staff is very rude and doesn't acknowledge anyone. I came in to look at beds and bedding with my mother. I will not purchase from here!!
