I received immediate attention when I walked in the door. I luckily hooked up with a man who had excellent taste and experience. He even drove with me on the spot to view my home where I needed a new kitchen table and chairs. He also helped with choosing fabric for finishing touches. He knew exactly what the room needed for an elegant refreshed look. ( Brett) Thank you Burke furniture !

He even drove with me on the spot to view my home where I needed a new kitchen table and chairs. He also helped with choosing fabric for finishing touches. Bought a couch a year ago and it's falling apart. Had to have a lever replaced and more cushioning put in. David Burke is a jerk and could care less if your satisfied or not. They do not stand behind what they sell. I should have gone to Havertys. A sectional should last for years. Very disappointed and will never shop there again.

I bought a table and four chairs from Burke about 5 months ago. Over the weekend, a leg on one of the chairs broke off. I returned the chair to the store with my receipts. They quickly offered to replace the chair. I could order a new one, which would take awhile. Or, I could take a floor sample. Took the floor sample. Very courteous problem solving!

Jill recognized me by name as I came in the door with my sister. Customer service was top notch and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made my choices very simple. Highly recommend you shop elsewhere. I was a repeat customer of Burke but also purchased from Lex. Furniture and Havertys. This is the only place I've had issue with. Debbie Cain pushed the Guardsman coverage to an exaggerated extent. We bought because I had a friend by something similar with Havertys and it was actually good. Hoped to never need but submitted when seam in pillow (less than 1 year) and stain occurred on couch. Guardsman sent out a plastic and vinyl repairman that couldn't fix if they wanted. Guardsman denied claim and said first denial voided any future claims. They claimed it was "pillow failure" and accumulated stains. Tried to resolve with Burke and Debbie never responded back. David Burke - owner, claimed "they aren't a cleaning business and that's not a seam". First of all my mother and grandmother were seamstress's so I know what a seam looks like!! Highly offensive. Also, pics attached so judge for yourself. As a repeat customer I find what he said highly offensive. He didn't offer any pillow replacement, not even one off old model. And considering the Guardsman coverage was $100, could have even offered that. But he was snarky and defensive as he wants to continue to sell a scam of a coverage to make a few extra bucks. I will never buy from them again and highly recommend you go to Havertys or even the Corbin Auction house that offers new furniture. It's a shame Lex Furniture is closed as they offered beautiful Bernhardt and we never had a problem with anything we bought there. Havertys also carries a couple nice Bernhart pieces as well. We paid cash and can buy what we want. It's the principal and customer service that I will not take a pass on. In a time where that should be at it's peak, Burke is at it's lowest. And I sincerely hope that anyone interested in customer service and being treated right read this and take your business elsewhere!! I will buy pillows from another furniture store and see if we can have someone professionally remove stains because we can. Regardless of where you go, don't buy Guardsman because according to Debbie AFTER we bought and tracked her down for all of our paperwork...oops, another company bought so I have to see who that is. Now we know...she probably never intended to even give us the paperwork.
