Don't eat here at this location- after driving 3 1/2 hrs- I stopped to eat at my favorite place-Jimmy Johns & staff informed me that I have to eat first before I can use the bathroom-WHAT-REALLY- how rude!!-so I left-they lost my business today & everytime I drive back to TN from OH.

Love Jimmy Johns but this was a hilariously bad experience at this location. They give me the wrong sub (and it’s not even close) but I didn’t unwrap it until I get home. I call and ask if they can deliver the right one to me, they say no. So I drive back to the restaurant, the taller man working told me it was MY fault that the order was wrong, and when I asked for a coupon, he said “No, I already had to make you another sub” Great work shaming the customer and also great work losing one! Look at all the recent reviews, they are bad for a reason.

I haven't eaten here in years my wife is pregnant and has been craving it. So we decided to go dine in. I saw they had a 16 inch sandwich. So I ordered it. It was magnificent. The guy who made it is a real sandwich artist not like the posers at subway. It took me a while to conquer the beast but I prevailed.

I ordered from this location today and was very disappointed. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich and it came with tomatoes on my sandwich I ordered bbq chips and recieved salt and vinegar chips, the turkey was extremely dry as well like it was old. I called and spoke to Brandon the manager who requested my sandwich back which to me with covid is gross and makes me wonder what they do with the returned sandwiches. This was through delivery also not in store, so they wanted to come back pick a sandwich up that has been handled already. Brandon's handling of the situation could have been dealt with a lot more professional. Our office orders from this location often and most times the order is wrong and they forget our drinks. Would not recommend this location considering who knows what they do with sandwiches that have already been handled outside the office and brought back by the driver. Brandon also wanted me to come to the office to get my refund instead of offering to just put it on my card.

I stopped in at Jimmy John's for a quick sandwich and it was OK. I thought that the best thing about my experience was the service. Once I decided what to order it came fast, just as I ordered it and I was out the door saving myself some time, not to mention that I saved a few coins as well. The reason I gave it an OK rating was there just seemed to be something missing. Was it the meat?, the toppings or the bread I chose? Due to the great service and spotlessly clean location I will be back. You should stop in and judge for yourself. As Always, Enjoy!

First time ever going to a Jimmy John's. Ordered a #10 Hunter's Club for carry-out. Sandwich was made fresh very quickly. It was wrapped up and just handed to me, along with a bag of chips, without even being put in a bag! I grabbed a few napkins, and walked out. Would have been convenient if they would have put my order into a carry-out bag! The sandwich was very good, but I was a bit disappointed as I was expecting it to have provolone cheese on it, but instead, it had none!

My wife and I came to this location on Saturday. It was our 1st time at any Jimmy John's. The experience was very pleasant. The customer service was awesome. They were eager to explain the "Un-wich" to us. We ordered 2 and enjoyed them very much. That experience alone would of earned 5 stars. BUT today(Monday), we stopped by on our way out of town and we were greeted by a different crew, which we would of had a good experience again if not for one employee. My wife was asking for some additional items and the person who was 1st in the assembly sandwich line, rolled her eyes at my wife. If there was something wrong with the request, simply educate us on the procedures but don't give attitude. For this reason alone is why I chose my rating.

Called at 12:15 to check on my food and the associate told me it was sitting on the counter and he was supposed to deliver it but has been too busy with walk-in clients. When I asked if their customer service mission supported his decisions, he said no but that's what he was doing and put the phone down. A manager got on the line and said he would have my sandwich out for delivery as soon as possible. This experience taught me to not give second chances to terrible businesses. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... shame on me.
