Went there after the Stephen foster show and just before we got to the speaker they shut off the ice cream light and claimed they couldn’t make any specialty drinks. Don’t bother to go late if you want ice cream or coffee drinks or milkshakes.

Super rude staff at window especially at night time!! Don’t come here unless you plan to go off on somebody that’s taking your order. They get super rude over the speaker!

Ordered food about a quarter to 5, paid, and then told to go park in spot 5. We waited about half an hour before going in to check what was going on. We explained the situation and were called liars that just wanted free food. The manager too kour dated receipt and walked away, returning in about 30 seconds, magically our order in hand, with the order number on the box. No apology given, no receipt returned, and food was still missing. I'd send them the actual review, but with no receipt, I have no store number and no 26 digit code.

The person behind the counter had no idea what they were doing and constantly needed to go to the back to ask people questions while every person ordered. The drink machine was broken, so I couldn't get the smoothie I ordered, and I wasn't offered a refund for not being able to get the drink I ordered. The staff in the back were very slow, very inefficient and could be seen messing around instead of working. I waited almost 20 minutes in total for a very simple, standard order. I would never go back to this location.

My visit to this location was early in the morning, I would say 730ish, the line was Not double wrapped around as usual, but the line was long so my family and I decided to go inside. You would have thought we stole something and had the Rona, because the AM manager(female) was told by male.amnager also present to lock the doors because he ain't enough employees. The female was so aggressive ND yelling at the other employee FOH cashier, for "letting us in. " which she didn't let us in. We witnessed as a family group, the female manager rudely deny a customer access to the dining area a quickly lock the door basically with his foot still on the threshold

My husband went to get breakfast this morning and I love the Frappe you have...he ordered it and was told it wasn't available? I tried calling to see exactly why....NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! Now I wanted to ask exactly why because my husband just left and went to Starbucks....if machine is broke or didn't have product I get it but my husband said he was told ya'll were to busy?!? What? It's frikin breakfast time and don't have time is just unacceptable! Pitiful service every McDonald's I go to...always something!!!!! Like I said I wanted to talk to manager but no one answered....once again NOT ACCEPTABLE! Starbucks just got all of my business! I had went to Mt Washington, KY and ordered a eggmcmufin and Carmel Frappe....they handed me the eggmcmufin and told me to park it for my coffee I ended up having to go inside to get it! If it's breakfast time everything should be available or take it off the menu.....so obviously it's every McDonald's! I even asked if it was available all day long and they said yes....so WTH is the problem?!?!? .....and for the love of God I don't want to hear it's because of covid....sick of that excuse! Always take your money but you never get what you ordered...they ask is the screen right.....yes but the morans you have making obviously can't read! We payed for a double quarter pounder and got home opened bag and it was a regular cheese burger! How does this happen every time at different locations even! Get it together or shut your doors!

Went today around 3pm, first of all the girl taking my order was litterally WHISPERING and I couldn't hear a word she was saying , I ordered two number 2's , (ketchup only) 3 large *normal* cokes and a basic double quarter pounder, girl at the 1st window failed to repeat my order, she was literally mumbling and no one in the car could make out a word she was saying, payed and went to the 2nd window to collect everything I ordered, the girl working at the 2nd window handed me a drink tray with 3 normal cokes, *like I ordered* but there was a additional DIET coke, when I respectfully told her that I didn't order the diet coke she rolled her eyes and gave off major attitude , I ended up coming home with only TWO burgers, one a normal quarter pounder w/ only ketchup , and a double basic quarter pounder, and 3 cokes. I was supposed to receive 2 number 2's, and a basic double quarter pounder. Which is equivalent to 5 burgers in total. I only got 2 and payed $33 for literal trash. horrible customer service..

Horrible service. I stood in the lobby waiting for over 20 mins with employees staring at me and continued to go on about their way. Highly dissatisfied. If there was a way to give them no stars I would.

went at 11:30am, first mistake, got thru order and to pick up window. sat for over 10 min waiting at window, (there wasn't room at step aside parking). then they had me pull around front of bldg. waited 10 minutes more. I figured my food would be fresh, WRONG! NOW I HAD TO TRY AND GET OUT of the lot with lunch traffic, including one fool with a trailer trying to go through the drive thru. They need to buy a bigger lot for the parking and people to exit freely! And while at window they didn't even know which car in the step aside lane got which order. McDonald's you can do better, because you have in the past.

Nice location. I have downloaded their mobile app, it's definitely worth the space on the phone! Everyday they have new coupons. I used the buy one sandwich get one for 1$ yesterday in the drive thru and it went straight through no problems. Food was hot and fresh only had to wait a couple minutes in line. Will be back
