Red box wasn't working and their hot food general TSO chicken doesn't seem as good as it used to be. Other than that it's a good store

Went for grouceries, very clean restrooms, many self scanners available, usual only 2 lanes available for check out with a Walmart Associate.

I am not using self check out w a cart full of items. I am not a cashier. They need to staff their front better. This is ridiculous.

This Walmart is usually pretty easy to go in and find things quickly. However, they are currently rearranging things inside the building and always seem to be moving items around so you can't find anything and have to look at everything. If you ask a worker about an item or its location, they never seem to know anything and aren't very helpful. There is definitely a lack of training there. They also seem not to care about animal rules inside the building. I understand if a person needs to bring their service animal in, but they should be on a leash and should never be inside the shopping cart where we put our groceries! That's disgusting! I feel like there is a lack of good management there and much room for improvement!

Expect a 30+ min wait to get something from an electronics case with only one person working that department, and to check yourself out up front since nearly all the registers are self-check out now. I only go here when necessary, but prefer (and recommend) to get groceries at Kroger down the road (and I visit the Target closest to my work in Louisville for everything else).

I don't usually write reviews but this experience has been so "special", I made an exception. Ordered a $500+ item and chose to pick it up at this store because shipping said it wouldn't arrive till July 5th and I needed it soon because it requires installation for an event. The app said pickup today, June 23rd, anytime after 11am. Okay, cool... come to store and on way look at updates, says it's now unavailable but I've been charged the $500+ but it's showing pending because it'll be 3ish business days b4 WM cab put it back or it be processed. Tried to call store twice, no answer. Talked to 3 people plus manager who said "nothing we can do, it's Walmart.com". Well, why was your store showing it had the item and I was charged for something that wasn't there.. honestly, if it had been a $20 or even $50 item, or I hadn't went out of the way because it did need installation (which takes time) I wouldn't have been this upset. Won't be ordering anything off Walmart again and will try to avoid their store.

The worst Walmart I have ever visited. Pallets of stuff blocking every Isle. Shelves empty. No associates to help the wife in makeup area. Product was locked up on shelves and we could not get what we needed. We just left and won't be back.

They're removing all the checkouts and replacing them with self checkouts. They make it extremely hard and time consuming to make large purchases. There's maybe 2 cashiers max if you're lucky.

The store is in a constant state of disarray and the vast bulk of the staff go out of their way to ignore your existance when you're trying to find assistance. Management is lacking in their ability to help their employees. I have lost count of the number of times I've seen a massive line in the electronics section with a single cashier feverishly working to try to take care of all of the customers need while a group of management and team leads stand close by ignoring the entirity of the situation while carrying on a conversation about their personal plans for the weekend. The ever shifting layout of the store and empty shelves keep this store from getting anything more than 3 stars from me.

Good lord it's big...I mean huge....possibly too big....mind it has everything except Jimmy choo perfume....which the online store promised me it did have...but who really believes what they read online nowadays?....staff are friendly enough and don't seem to have given up on life just yet....give'em another 10 years. All in all I will shop here again.
