I don’t really care for Walmart but I have to say this one is a lot nicer then most of the other Walmarts I’ve been to. If they had less self check out registers and more employee ran registers for customers with disability’s I would of gave them a five star review.

They've got clothes that are actually my size since I'm very petite that are getting better. It's still a mad house so we try to avoid going there if we can just get it from our local kroger. They don't have the same food selection as my local Kroger. The biggest help to me was when my son was in baby clothes because they had a great selection. Now since he is a little boy (not a baby nor toddler) their selection has completely diminished and in my opinion way over priced. They have tons more for little girls than boys. I've been 3 times now to find boys roller skates and could only find girls or blades.

I do the online pickup and have been waiting over 45 minutes they only have 12 spot so you would think they would have a limited on the time slots so they don't get backup and if you get here and there is no spot you are waiting. Only having one person every 10 minutes bringing things out. Never had this problem before. Always quick and easy. They told me they wouldn't bring my stuff out unless I was in a parking space the some guy shows up cuts everybody who has been waiting and he ain't in a spot

The customer service is awful here! I went to get my wife some perfume and had to get someone to unlock it for me. I found someone and they called another employee to help because they thought they had the key. Turns out she misplaced it or lost it. They didn't even take a lot of time to look for it and basically ignored me and carried on with stocking the shelves. The guy was pretty much ignoring me and the lady told me she can't do anything.

Like ALL Walmarts, never enough lines open. I did have one very friendly staff member at my UScan when I need assistance though. I give her an A+ for her effort to help me out when I needed her. As for the store itself, they do not stock enough of just about anything; if you are looking for toddler clothes for boys, prepare for disappointment. It feels wrong to me to have what seems like about three aisles plus half of the boys section all female clothes instead of male or gender neutral clothes for babies and toddlers. Good price on toddler clothing, yet boys clothes for my sons are generally impossible to find in the right size because there simply is not enough boys clothing ordered or stocked. The prices on clothes for women staggeringly gone up. I found one skirt that I wanted, and there were barely any at all to choose from but I am not pay $15 or more. Especially when the style wasn't exactly what I was looking for-- a white drawstring has no business on a black pleated miniskirt in my opinion. But I would have bought it anyway and removed the drawstring if the price wasn't outrageous for cotton clothing. Even the clearance rack was sky high and not affordable for a Mom of 2. I would rather shop on Amazon and risk not trying it on then buy clothes from here anymore sadly. It used to be really affordable but clearly that has changed. The store seems clean, but very confusing when there are multiple different things in aisles that don't belong or aren't price labeled. It would be nicer if they lengthened their hours as well.

This is the 1st Walmart I have gone to that the people that work there were pleasant. A lady in the home department her name was Kathy she was so helpful and friendly. Then there was a guy named Abdoul that helped us in the grocery dept. to get several things off the top shelf, he as so polite, friendly and helpful. Then when we checked out the cashier Alexandria was so cheerful and friendly. They all made our day.

Went to the vision center and was very pleased. They except my insurance and the the selection of frames is excellent. I was amazed by the low cost of the frames that I chose and was able to get the highest quality lenses and stay under my insurance allowance. The service was superb as well. Can't wait for my new glasses to arrive!

It's definitely declined. It's obviously way understaffed and the people that are there really don't care about what's going on. Probably due to being overworked and underpaid. It's always a mess and if you are handicapped you can't drive through the aisles because there's so much garbage or product everywhere. The produce can be rotten so you really have to watch it. I used the pick up last week...they took the phones off the hook so you couldn't call to let them know you were there and was told to just wait in the car someone would eventually come out and notice me sitting there. I use to like the Florence store but now I just try to get in and out of it as quickly as possible which means I don't spend as much I guess.

I got a new phone there and couldn't find a screen protector so i asked for help. The first guy who doesn't work in the electronics department was very nice to help but unfortunately we didn't find it and he mentioned to ask the other guy who works at the electronics department named Anthony who seemed to hate his job and did not help at all other than just let me know the size of my screen. Not to mention he was just behind the counter playing on his phone. About 10 minutes later he leaves the electronic department because he sees that I'm still around looking. Sad that i left the store without what I needed. And even without the information if and when they'd would have any coming in the store.

Excellent store, this store is large and well stocked. The store is clean and has fairly easy access in and out. The employees are friendly and appear knowledgeable as to products and thier locations. They have a garden department and a nice selection of BBQ equipment.
