The store was clean and seemed to be well up kept...The problem is that the line was a mile long and customer service was poor,,There was absolutely no help in any deparent period and one maybe two out of like six registers open its so aggervateing when all there prices are really really high..

Only reason I give it a 3 is because I’m not a fan of kohl at any other time than Christmas. The kohl cash makes shopping worth the cost, but usually the clothes are over priced. You can get the same brands cheaper other places. The store is very clean and organized which makes shopping very easy and convenient.

Very limited supply of plus sizes. Wanted red top ended up with dark orange. Plus sizes always an after thought. Plus sizes always a disorganized mess pushed into a corner.

Not my kind of store. I was in there for 1 specific item, which I found and was done. However in looking for said item, the clothes were on the floor, laying on top of the racks, half on, half off the hangers. TVery messy for a Kohl's store. I've been in Kohl's before and they are always neat and tidy

This Kohls store is spot on 👍 has Nike and Adidas active wear as well as mens casual clothing/shoes etc... My kinda store for everything I need👍 and it's in a small plaza no parking hassles .. the locations just off I 74 so no traffic etc ..

Customer service here is horrendous at best. I buy items online often and got used to online purchases since the fitting rooms were closed for so long at the store. All items I brought back that didn’t work/fit had tags on them minus one item. So about 15 items with tags, 1 without. The one without a tag was worn for 2 hours and just was garbage quality. I told her that it was worn for 2 hours and she acted as if I was trying to “get one over on them” for bringing it back. It’s 👏 allowed 👏 per 👏 policy. The lady who returned my stuff at customer service is always the rudest person. Her projection of her own outside life onto others is so strong you can feel it when she sees you walk in the door. I had all receipts and still am treated like I am some kind of horrible person. Constantly. I cannot imagine how she speaks to customers who lost a receipt. This worker has treated me like this over 8+ times. Never seems to change and is always changing policies about identification corporate rules to throw some extra hoops out for people to jump through, which contradicts all other employees view of corporate policy. Why work in retail if you hate life that much? Such a sad representation of “good customer service” for their brand.

Man I don't know how Kohl's stays in business. They always have really good deals and last time I went the cashier he was a very nice man that helped me out a lot. Hook me up with some more coupons. So yeah I'd rather go to Kohl's then Macy's or JCPenney's at this point. Dillard's too.

Great place to shop with a nice selection at reasonable prices. It's always clean and the aisles aren't overcrowded. The staff is professional and friendly!

As always, lots of nice things at Kohls. Sonoma is a favorite brand. I love their casual t-shirts and their luxurious bath towels. Rosetti bags are another favorite. On 3-21-22 the lady at the checkout counter was such a sweetheart!
