Tried to buy something and they told me it was recalled. They couldn’t tell me why it was still on the shelf. Very hard to find help

For a CVS, this is not too bad. Nice location The parking garage is designed way to weird and if you are careful you can easily hit the wall or another car when trying to park. However it's better than the nearly non-existent street parking. Shelves are stocked and the place seems to be maintained well, though hardly seems to be anyone shopping every time I come here. There was no customer service whatsoever except for the cashier when I checked out. She looked frustrated for the lack of help. I would really like to see a huge improvement in customer service. If there is hardly anyone shopping, I don't see any problem where at least acknowledging customers is so difficult to do. Though my experience could have been an off-night, it's difficult to see customer all around other retail stores and not in here. Usually that's a sign you're in the wrong store. Overall, this CVS is a descent place to pick up anything you need when you're in a hurry. However, I'd only suggest it out of convenience.

The staff is very nice, but the pharmacy itself is completely understaffed. They aren’t given enough resources, so they either don’t have the meds and have to order it or the wait times in person or on the phone are is just terrible. Or I’ll get a text that my meds are ready but get there and nothing has been filled. This starts at the top because, again, the people working there are only doing their best and have a good attitude.

Clean, terrific parking, fully stocked and the staff is comprised of good folks. In particular, the Pharmasist, Dr. Dan, was a cool cat and he treated me w/courtesy and professionalism.

They had a great sale event and it was fun to use multiple coupons which ended up savings a total of $11. Long lines were somewhat tiring but certainly deserves the 4 stars I gave them.

I have been on hold for 35 min. With the pharmacy to call in a prescription. This is in acceptable!!!! I even talked to the pharmacy assistant telling him on the phone for over 30 min. He said to wait please.

I came here to get a last minute passport photo and the madam there was the most helpful amazing individual, couldn’t have been more thankful. She was super patient, friendly, and simply amazing love you guys

The guy at the vaccine check in counter was unfriendly. Email inform us to be earlier 15min. But he said should be on the Time point. We just just wanna get vaccine and gone. LONG Wait plus unfriendly check in counter!

Love the pharmacy staff at this location! Starting coming here a couple years ago bc it was close to my office and now I loathe having to go to any other pharmacy for my meds. My medication schedule is heavily regimented and they almost always have what I need. If they don’t, they will always find a way to help whether it be ordering for you in a timely manner or (depending on the medication) tell you where else you can find it.

This review is for the pharmacy only. Most of the pharmacy technicians are very helpful. The pharmacist with japanese name was very nice and helped me when i had to reverse n reclaim my med again. By the way, Cindy needs to get credit for always giving outstanding service. Good job guys :)
