CVS

For a CVS, this is not too bad. Nice location The parking garage is designed way to weird and if you are careful you can easily hit the wall or another car when trying to park. However it's better than the nearly non-existent street parking. Shelves are stocked and the place seems to be maintained well, though hardly seems to be anyone shopping every time I come here. There was no customer service whatsoever except for the cashier when I checked out. She looked frustrated for the lack of help. I would really like to see a huge improvement in customer service. If there is hardly anyone shopping, I don't see any problem where at least acknowledging customers is so difficult to do. Though my experience could have been an off-night, it's difficult to see customer all around other retail stores and not in here. Usually that's a sign you're in the wrong store. Overall, this CVS is a descent place to pick up anything you need when you're in a hurry. However, I'd only suggest it out of convenience. ~Hadi

CVS

I've been coming to this cvs for over 15 years and its been going down hill. Who ever does the inventory ordering is messing up because alot of items are always out of stock. Shelves are always empty and trashed. I actually got my covid shot here and the person who did it was really nice but the area where they administer the shots was dirty and messy. You would expect the area to be super clean and starilized. ~Z

CVS

Im in los angeles for work over the next few weeks, and need my medication I take daily filled. the pharmacy refused to refill my prescription because it is a controlled substance, from an out of state prescriber. didnt even attempt to verify my prescription or fill it. the pharmacist said california doesnt allow out of state narcotics to be filled….despite this little law right here saying it does. it is entirely legal for out of state RX’s to be filled, even if written from an out of state prescriber in california and los angeles. should’ve just told the truth that their lazy pharmacists making excuses to avoid doing their jobs. no surprise why the lines are always so long here. ~A

CVS

I received a notification that my 40% Off is about to expire. So I decided to stop to shop. I saw that they have the waterpik that I have been wanting to get. So I used my 40% coupon with that purchase. It was great deal. I also used my additions $4 extra bucks. There were only two people working in the front at the time so the cashier had to open the case for me. He asked that I wait for him where the case. He came opened the when he was free then rang me up. ~Marie

CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy and female pharmacist do not care about disabled or elderly patients nor do they care what happens to them when the system fails them. Heartless. Doesn’t want to hear your misfortunes. Talk at you not to you. Hangs up if she decides in her opinion that you’re being difficult. Will not advise you on other alternatives and makes you feel like you are the problem. ~SJ

Walgreens

Even though I don't have experience as a customer/patient of this pharmacy, I still think my interaction with them as a healthcare provider is relevant. It took < 5 minutes for me to get in touch with them to clarify a medication issue with one of my patients when other pharmacies have wasted my and my staff > 1 hour. This might sound like something simple but this errors can cause a lot of harm and effective communication with the pharmacy is always appreciated 👍🏽 ~Julio

Walgreens

The pharmacist working, a man with an accent (I did not catch his name), was completely unprofessional. My partner of 13 years has been having difficulties with his mental health to the point of going on disability-- and finding medications to help him has been a terrifying and emotional journey. This, I do not blame on the pharmacists. My partner had a mental breakdown during the transaction and removed himself to sit in a chair and cry. While he was distressed he was doing his absolute best to be polite to the other patrons and the staff while I handled the rest so we could leave as quickly as possible. The pharmacist then waves a dismissive hand in my partner's direction, who is clearly trying his best to hold himself together, and sneers "There's no need for ALL OF THAT." Unacceptable. I was, and am, furious. How dare you. We are trying to get him help, we are picking up medication, and could not receive a SCRAP of professionalism. Do not expect any ounce of decorum from the man working in the pharmacy. I have launched a formal complaint with Walgreens, but I am here to warn others to use another site for your medication. ~B
