I received a notification that my 40% Off is about to expire. So I decided to stop to shop. I saw that they have the waterpik that I have been wanting to get. So I used my 40% coupon with that purchase. It was great deal. I also used my additions $4 extra bucks. There were only two people working in the front at the time so the cashier had to open the case for me. He asked that I wait for him where the case. He came opened the when he was free then rang me up.

pharmacy employees are nice but they're constantly understaffed for their average (high) volume of customers. dropping off or picking up will take 20+ minutes each. medications won't be ready at the same repeating time each month, and you have to manually follow up for each specific one. consistently a bad experience, and I've been stuck without needed medications due to the disorganization

Usually the employees at CVS don’t go out of their way to help if their systems are down. I walked in and needed to print 4 pictures, I asked if their photo area was working they all said it was the day before the usual response, but I wasn’t and so of course I didn’t have the app on my phone they have no WiFi and so it was sooo much harder to download the app and get what I needed to get done. A amazing employee by the name Annette came to my help!! I can’t believe all she did to help me out and make sure I left with my 4 pictures printed and understood I had a baby that was getting impatient. Annette took the time to help me. Her customer service was epic!!!! We need more employees like her that don’t just give you the run around. She went up and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. For a new mommy and on a time crunch you can’t believe what great customer service can do! I love to see my hometown have these kind of employees!!!!!! Thank you so much Annette for all you help because out of the 2 more employees that I asked for help you were the only one that took that step forward to make sure you did all you could!

I received my Pfizer vaccine booster shot at this CVS. Their staff was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My appointment was easy to schedule and there was very little waiting after I reported to the pharmacy for my shot.

The pharmacy staff work quickly and don’t make you wait around. The selection here is also pretty good. The store is tidy and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for (if it’s in stock). The staff are also pretty helpful if you need help locating something.

My cashier today was Yoseline. She was so friendly and let me know about a sale so I could buy/save accordingly! In general the staff here are just really warm and helpful. It’s a great spot for basic necessities.

Their pharmacy never takes you off hold. Seriously get more people or have a system where you alternate between live people and calls. I had moved on from this pharmacy but was forced to call when my doctor's office might have put in an rx with them (this was my old pharmacy). So I had to call to check-- I crossed my fingers and called and was on hold for several minutes- twice- today with no one picking up. Come on already. This is why I moved on. Long sigh.

The first thing you should know is: CVS is one of the most expensive pharmacies you can go to. With the same insurance at Vons? i can pickup my full prescription with any pain medication from anywhere up to 7-9 dollars unlike CVS that charges you more, and has you coming back for a few pills a week. They also lie to you and tell you its possible to pickup a portion of it. For example: Norco, then tell you that you can't get the rest because its a controlled substance after telling you they could fill the rest for you, even though you called to confirm, and even asked in person. The next pharmacist will tell you "that's wrong" and in a disciplinary tone say "Oh no the other pharmacist knows better than to say that, we don't do that here" so i asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, and somehow they gave me the rest! even though i was told they deleted the prescription it was miraculously found! No one should have to go through so many walls for a pain medication that's not used often at such a high price through them. Good luck to you FYI: if you have a membership, some medications are cheaper at costco

Pharmacy staff has grossly mishandled my prescriptions on multiple occasions and to add insult to injury, have consistently been rude every time I have tried to ask a question or simply figure out what was going on. I even spoke with the pharmacy manager who tried to deflect blame and say that my doctor's office must have "made a mistake" but I have documentation from my doctor's online system that they did everything correctly on their end. Due to this pharmacy's negligence I have currently missed two weeks of medication and have missed previous weeks of medication. Since coming here, they have: -Made an unauthorized medication transfer, sending my prescription to a pharmacy over 7 miles away. They told me it cannot be transferred back because my medication is a controlled substance. I have a prescription. I've taken this medication for over 5 years. -I have waited for over a week for them to restock my syringes, and when I called for an update they claimed they "only just went out of stock" and then very quickly hung up on me when I told them I had asked in person over a week ago. -Informed me a prescription was ready for pickup, then when I arrived said it was not ready. (This has happened multiple times). I'm done here. Absolutely never returning to this pharmacy. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
