This pharmacy and female pharmacist do not care about disabled or elderly patients nor do they care what happens to them when the system fails them. Heartless. Doesn’t want to hear your misfortunes. Talk at you not to you. Hangs up if she decides in her opinion that you’re being difficult. Will not advise you on other alternatives and makes you feel like you are the problem.

It is Darpa, I am a targeted individual and I am begging for a way out of this narcissistic loop of hell. Everyone acts as if I am crazy but I am perfectly fine and clear headed.

Yesterday at 5pm, I went into CVS (303 S. La Brea) for my scheduled 2nd vaccine appointment. I however was denied my vaccine dose, as I forgot my vaccine card. I explained to the pharmacist working that I had forgotten my card - but had my drivers license and a photo of the card. She however, tole me that ‘without my card my vaccine was not possible’, she also told me that they ‘do not reprint cards.’ I then asked to be rescheduled for the following day /time. Today, I went my rescheduled appointment (brought my card this time), yet again was unable to get my 2nd vaccine, as the she did not reschedule me, moreover CVS told me that they had given away all of their extra doses for the day - which included my dose from my previous appointment. I explained my experience to the pharmacist working, her response was ‘that she did not know why I had been denied the day before - as reprinting cards or documents is easily done.’ Overall this experience was frustrating, time consuming, but really it's deeply concerning and unethical, as denying someone a vaccine could cost a person their life! Moreover, if this pharmacist is denying people from vaccines, what other false information is she providing people? For anyone else who has an issue like this, please know that your vaccine card is re-printable, losing your card or forgetting it at home, should NOT be the reason that you do not get your vaccine.

Came to urgently collect an epipen at lunchtime on a Saturday, discovered pharmacy had all shutters down and no signage to explain. Staff told me the pharmacist “went to lunch and there’s no back up”. I spoke to the supervisor and requested signage, announcements in store etc to make this clear.

Going into a CVS pharmacy has always been accompanied with frustration because of the long lines and long wait times. This CVS pharmacy though has neither of those issues. The front-line tech's were in very good spirits and the pharmacist Young was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. The pharmacist Young had a great personality and was very knowledgeable in response to my questions. Great experience and this visit changed my opinion of CVS as a whole... Thank you Pharmacist Young! CVS MANAGEMENT, put Pharmacist Young up for a raise because good help is hard to find...

This is specifically regarding the pharmacy - they have reduced the hrs they are open several times in the past year and when they are open have found them to be highly unhelpful. Several times in the past month I have been unable to drop off a prescription due to the pharmacist being unavailable and when I have been able to drop one off there have been several cases where there was a delay or problem filling it but they fail to notify me of this until I am there in person to pick it up.
