I'm at the pharmacy as we speak and she's doing her best and I didn't have to wait long at all so imma give you some props in the pharmacy Department today

This CVS is HORRIBLE. The retail & pharmacy lines are ALWAYS long. If you're dropping off or picking up your RX, be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more. If wait for your RX, you'll wait about 45 minutes to an hour. The customer service needs major improvement. They're extremely slow, they move at the speed of a sloth, and don't seem to care about moving the lines. The only employee that I've seen working hard is Mike and he's always professional. The pharmacy staff frequently speak to customers in a disrespectful manner. If they're that comfortable speaking to customers in such a way, then the store manager must be OK with their unprofessionalism. I've contacted headquarters about this, they take my report and pass it along to the district manager. He talks a good game but I have yet to see any positive changes. This type of service is unacceptable in West LA, Westchester, USC nor Beverly Hills; these issues only happen in urban neighborhoods. We should not have to go to a store outside of our neighborhood to get quality service.

The longest lines. Need to do better period! Stop letting 2 or 3 people go to lunch @ the same time when there’s a line of more then 10 or more people. You only have 4 cash-register & only have some time one person or two working.

Pharmacy area has too much unnecessary, personal talking. It's a pharmacy, and they are supposed to be working. The more they talk and socialize, the higher the risk of making mistakes with our medicine.

This CVS is the worst almost everytime I come to this cvs it's issues a manager is never around and the cashier Denise love gave me a very hard time worst experience at this store will not be shopping here again
