When I had a cough, I went to the drug store to purchase medicine. The pharmacist was very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the medicine, especially that was good for my cough. I really liked the place and all of their staff. They really implement proper procedures and guidelines in their store. They had prompt service. Pleasant and clean place!

I was in line for pharmacy for 1 hour because they gave someone the wrong medicine and none of the staff could help the poor elderly lady she did not speak English so I had to translate and help at the end of the day they gave her the wrong prescription because they did not check her is ID to verify her identity Then after I helped them I was up next and the pharmacist felt some type way because I was helping the elderly lady and made them see they did not do their job right so she made me wait extra 20 minutes on top of the hour and help the next person that’s not a good way of treating paying customers these people can’t do their job right and like to take it out on us because we are right there is no type of order at this location they use rite aid employees to fill for pharmacist they really need to check on these pharmacist and verify where they got their license Bad pharmacy would not recommend bad service no order 01/31/2021

I'm a regular customer at this pharmacy, and had interactions with numerous pharmacists, but the Asian lady pharmacist at this location is the most disrespectful and meanest person I've ever seen in public service! We shouldn't have to put up with this type of service in our community. Why come to a job and disrespect customers; If you don't like your job don't take it out on innocent people whose merely trying to fill their prescription.
