Very rude customer service provided over the phone by Robin! I understand it’s a horrible time we are all in right now but that doesn’t give anyone an excuse to be rude to potential patients. This is my first time having to call a pet pharmacy and he could’ve been a bit more kind and patient with providing information on medication. Right away he assumed I couldn’t pay for it and said to call another pharmacy.

Such an awesome hidden gem. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped us with multiple pet issues, always giving us tips to be more cost-effective. Highly recommend for your pet needs, wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This pet pharmacy is fabulous! Robin and the pharmacist were extremely attentive, and helpful!! Their customer service is amazing!! This will be the place I go to for any future meds for my dogs...and I live in South Orange County!

A great experience. Needed meds immediately for my cats seizures and they got me taken care of within the hour. Also got some great advice for CBD oils. Highly recommend these people. Very nice as well.

I had a pleasant experience with this pharmacy today! The owner and the pharmacist are both friendly and super helpful! My dog needed a medication in a liquid form (as the pill form is very difficult to administer) and I was referred to PET Pharmacy ("PETICUB") by our veterinarian. The process of dropping off and filling the medication was easy and fast. I believe the owner said his name is Robin and the pharmacist's name is Sara. Robin also offered adding flavoring the medication for easier administration. I selected the beef flavor! During the COVID-19 pandemic, this pharmacy also offers a selection of masks (they also had N95 masks on shelf today!), hand sanitizers, gloves, and other pandemic hygiene necessities. I recommend this pet pharmacy and I will be back!

I've been coming here for years. It's my go to for anything I need to be a better cat mom. And - Robin is so fantastic! Always willing to help - even on a weekend when closed if you have an emergency. If I move to another neighborhood, you can bet I'll drive the extra miles to still come here. Robin always asks how my cat is doing (she has kidney disease). And checks to make sure I'm covered on all the supplements and prescriptions I give her. Seriously... there is no better place nor person in LA to care for your cat's challenging needs.
