Completely disorganized pharmacy. Waited in line forever only to be told I had to wait in another line where NO ONE WAS AT THE WINDOW! No signs telling you where to go.

Two out of three of the times I come in to this location the manager (chubby short guy) follows me around and watches me like a hawk. He just so happens to be right next to me in every new isle. The last time I was in, I used self check out and on my way out, was asked for a receipt. Their system automatically sends the receipt to my email, so I had to embarrassingly stand at the front of the store until the email came through….

Hello I showed up to do a money order but the clerk had no clear knowledge on how to work the money machine at all, it definitely helpful when all clerks know how to process a money, yes if I was doing a international money then using the phone make sense please change this.

If it would be possible, I would put Zero stars....I want to alert all prescribers about this pharmacy and especially pharmacist Jessica, who said she was the manager as well. My today's experience with her was terrible. First of all, wait time for the prescribers was 45 min, then I was transferred to Jessica ( pharmacist ) and waited for another 10 min. And it was for very simple procedure to provide verbal order for the meds that patient already took in the past. Jessica harassed me asking so many irrelevant questions and information, pretending that she needed identification even though she had my DEA, office phone number and etc. She was so unprofessional that she did not even write office phone number correctly. She disconnected me twice. When I called her the 3rd time, she was very rude and hung up on me. I strongly consider her actions as unprofessional and unacceptable. She is incompetent in her position. As a Medical Doctor I am obligated to contact California Board of Pharmacy and file the complaint.

I made an appointment for my COVID-19 vaccine which they give moderna brand. The experience was fast and easy. Checked in, waited and then got my vaccine in a private room next to the pharmacy. Once I had 15 min to wait, I got my card and went on my way to do some shopping. Employees are attentive to ask if you need help. People are dramatic when it comes to giving a bad score at this spot.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a store of any kind. Yesterday I went to collect my medication which normally costs $25.00 and they tried to charge me $460.00.When I asked why they said they had no idea and that they couldn’t find any record of ever having given me this medication. I had to go home, get the empty bottle and take it to them to prove that they had. After all this they said they’d contact my insurance provider and call me, this never happened and now I’m back in the store having missed a days medication going through the entire irritating process again. I should add that this pharmacy also once managed to give me someone else’s medication by mistake. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

The night manager Franklyn needs a refresher course in customer service. He might want to consider putting on a clean shirt & tie. He was less than helpful & looked disheveled & in need of a shower. Your other manager Sonia was a delight & most helpful. She was dressed like a person ready for work. Although the other employee this morning with a thick accent hung up on me. Think I'll go back to another CVS.
