Sales associate was more focused on her phone than me. At the check out counter, no greeting, no question if i found what i was looking for. No thank you for my patronage. She couldn't let go of her phone. Not engaged at all!

ZERO STARS! INEPT , USELESS, UNHELPFUL, CARELESS MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES! THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING FOR ANY INQUIRE !THEY WON'T RESOLVE ANY ISSUE AT ALL! THEY HAVE ILLEGAL SENIORS WHO DOESN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH WORKING AT PARKING LOT HARASSING CUSTOMERS! ASKING FOR A "FEE IN CASH UPFRONT"! FOR PARKING AT THIS STORE! DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THIS 💩🤡! (*see pic) REPORT HIM IMMEDIATELY TO CORPORATE, DON'T EVEN WASTE TIME TO SPEAK TO THE INEPT EMPLOYEES OF THE STORE!

I am happy with my care and service from JEANNETTE! I came in interested in getting pierced and she was very welcoming and attentive. Right away making me feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend to get your piercing/care from her.

Thursday, went to pick medicine, there was this short fat nurse at pick up. After I finished paid on machine waiting for she handing the pills to me, she just lowered her head standing there no words. We just duel like this for 5 minutes. It turned out the mechine proceed at asking what type of recipe. Most people they would remind you immediately. That nurse just stood there silently for 5 minutes. The major problem in this cvs pharmacy is the pharmacist at drop off wearing white( Mexican, she speak Spanish) She never listens to you, interrupting you question every second, the result was she messed up, but you take the damage. Asked her check see if the medicine ready, she quickly jumped to 1 hour to pick up. After 2 hours, came back to pick. couldn’t pick because she never checked. Then she asked another 30 minutes. I already changed the pharmacy after this.

BE CAREFUL WITH CREDIT CARD MACHINE SKIMMER!!! I used ApplePay at one of the check-out machine and strangely the payment was not processed successfully multiple times. I only used my card at this one place that day. Next day fraud purchases started to come in. The place itself is in a very sketchy location and is not well-managed. DO NOT GO

Everything is behind locks and the employees do not come help. Waiting at the classic deodorant vault, next to three more lock boxes w allergy meds, foot spray and eye drops. The automatic double doors to the street are blocked off and unusable. I'll go somewhere else.

CVS has everything and always open. Nice selection of wine and snacks. I got all my vaccinations here, efficient and nice staff. Lots of parking.

Located on the corner of Wilshire & Oxford Ave. The parking lot entrance is on Oxford and free for patrons. Heavy traffic between 2:30pm to 6:30pm Mon-Fri, so expect delays. In the vicinity you'll find a Chase, Ralph's, Denny's, Wiltern Theater, 24 Hour Fitness, Wells Fargo, Bank of America ATM, Library, small restaurants, cafes, and a metro station. The problem with this store is basically the competence level of the employees, so if you need information or assistance in regards to in-store cash, CVS Bucks, promotions, rebates or coupons, I'd recommend researching it online, calling a friend or using your lifeline prior to arriving. This store should put up a giant billboard that says, "For all inquiries, contact the vendor or merchant because we don't know". Finding an associate on the sales floor is kind of like joining a 3-player championship game of hide and seek since the majority are at registers. But even with three cashiers and a supervisor at self checkout, you'll still wait long enough to finish a short novel, crossword puzzle or clipping half of your toenails. Another thing you'll notice throughout the store is the unattended shopping carts being used by the store filled with products being stocked or trash. Some of the cashiers at this location are about as useful as handles on a snowball or an ashtray on a motorcycle with some supervisors being a few sandwiches short of a picnic and not adequately trained to properly assist guests. Overall, poor customer service, decent prices, below average store cleanliness, long checkout times, good location, numerous products out of stock, and ineffective management which results a rating of 2 stars.

I think CVS is kind of expensive honestly, but the store is really close to me so I go there for the bathroom stuff I need. Even though it’s expensive the store is really organized so I can always find what I’m looking for fast. But CVS needs to stop printing receipts that are longer than my arm! You guys are killing the trees lol! But besides that this store is pretty good I think.
