When I walked in it was great, but seeing the dead roaches on the corners disgusted me . The racks were disorganized and had limited selection . You can tell they paid more attention to smaller girl section than bigger girl section .

I am very disappointed in the service provided at this location....... I was screamed at in this store by the employees ( very ghetto loud employees..... and refused service at the counter. I am definitely reaching out to the Company Owners President and Vice Presidents as they would definitely need to know how their store is being upheld regarding their employees and management in store. Very disrespectful and denied my service, took another customer in front of me and completely was rude to me. I am definitely reaching out to all the higher ups in this situation. I was late for my meeting with my clients due to your store employee.

Stopped by today looking for adult halloween costumes. They have a HUGE sale i got a costume normally 70 bucks for only $18 !! Costumes can be expensive so hit them up! They let u try on the costumes before u buy so you know it will fit. The rep working there took her time and let me browse the store as long as i needed. They have a ton of cute sexy lingerie and toys as well. I will be coming back!

The customer service is amazing!!! It was my first time ever going into a sex shop and I felt so welcomed. I had some many questions about what is best for my preference and they were able to answer all of my question. If you're a very timid person I recommend going here because they were able to make me feel comfortable and answer all of my questions. As of today, I continue to buy all of my personal things here. 10/10.

I enjoyed visiting this place, the staff was friendly and were able to answer any and all questions, 5 star on helpfulness. When I walked in it reminded me of a old video store vibe but nothing wrong with that they had many things and everything was clean and organized. I just think a modern touch would be a booster for attracting new customers. Will be making another visit.

I LOVE this store. If you need to spice things up, want to give your lover a special treat, or just want to feel sexy this is the place to go. The staff are all super amazing. They are helpful and make you feel super comfortable. They have awesome prices, and great products!

I was trying to park near this store to shop at another store in this strip mall, when I was yelled at by an employee of Lotions & Lace. She threatened to have my car towed and pointed to the guy standing next to her. He was the tow truck driver who was very threatening. I'll never go back to this strip mall again. No one should shop here. Extremely rude and unprofessional .I'm complaining all the way to cooperate. DON'T SHOP HERE!! Response to owner: I wasn't parked in front of your store!!! I had barely stepped out of the vehicle. She had no idea where I was gonna shop. They were intimidating and threatening. Not a good way to do business.

When my husband and I first came in, the staff were super nice and offering to help. I had picked up an item to show my husband, but when he decided he didn't want it, I walked back to where I got the package and put it back. There is a small chance I put it in a different location, as I wasn't really paying attention to the exact location i put it back, but I am very very sure I put it back where it's original area was, since I was looking at and going to buy another item on a shelf near it. When it was time for us to go, I asked one of the staff to clarify if the outfit I was going to buy was plus sized. She gave me a weird look and a pause, then said "yes it's plus size. Where did you put the item you were going to get?" I told her I thought I put it back in the original location, but she said in a accusatory tone "there is a missing spot there, so it's not there." I didn't really know what to say so I said "well we were also on a different location in the store, so we can look around there" and she said "no that's okay, I'll just go check the cameras." I'm not really sure what her motive was, but it sounded like she thought I stole the item and was being untruthful. My husband and I felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted to buy anything, so we put back what we were going to get and left. I would recommend that the staff watches how they say things to people, especially going to a store where it might already be kind of awkward asking questions in the first place. If she had a reason to believe I stole something, or was being dishonest with her, tell me to my face instead of being passive aggressively accusatory. Customer service doesn't usually happen that way at stores of somethings is misplaced.
