Emily was assisting me . I walked in with a dress I ordered on line and specifically asked for store credit to be able to purchase a different dress that day as home coming is around the corner and trying to get ahead of things she takes the dress says ok and then says that the purchase will be refunded in 5 to 7 days on my card this dress was $70 dollars and the other dresses here are expensive . She did not tell me ahead of time otherwise. Then tells me I can call customer service when it opens 2 days from now .you would think your store manager would be well equipped to tell someone the process ahead of time . Done buying anything here poor customer service and too expensive any ways .

If you’re any size larger than a small I wouldn’t come to this store. I could barely find anything I wanted in a size large or extra large the two times I’ve been there, and I wouldn’t even consider myself plus sized in the slightest. If you’re gonna need something in a larger size your best bet is ordering online, or from somewhere else entirely. They have cute clothes and dresses, just not very inclusive.

Horrible business ethics! Customer sevice following the same practices! Shopping for prom jewlery- associate overheard my conversation with my daughter she tried to help us. Knowing we were unsure of which color the sales associate proceeded to make the sale to us- we chatted a little. I asked the return policy. The associate says “oh, jewlery is FINAL SALE” are you kidding me???? I asked her why she didnt say anthing- she said she cant and they have signs posted. Helping me - knowing we were unsure she watched us make the purchase and ecouraged it- what a shame. Unfortunately I did not see the postcard size sign, I was caught up shopping- SHAME ON THE STORE POLICIES- the staff and their business ethics. They were only $10- we do not like them afterall, its the principle, not the $$$$$$ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
