Awful place. The store attendant Ashley accused me of stealing the other day and she said she was pretty sure it was me. Mind you I had never entered the store before, let alone the mall itself. It was my first time being there and needless to say, my last. The whole experience was embarrassing and I could not believe it was happening to me. Never in my life have I experienced such awful behaviour from people I’ve never encountered before. I am considering filling a case against her and her coworker Leslie who did not care to help the situation at all.

Clothes are nothing special, they used to have better clothes a few years back, now it's the same stuff like any other place, not much interest in going back.

The customer sevice was not good. I walked around the store for at least a good 17 minutes, and not one time was I acknowledged. The people around me, and some that entered after me were greeted. I over heard the young lady say to a gentleman she was the manager. This took place on Thursday 13th of September mid afternoon. This is the way their managers are, I don't want to see a regular customer service person. However, I was interested in purchasing some of the clothes, but I just left. Sorry I have a thing about not spending my hard earned money were I'm not comfortable. Forever 21 was very accommodating..

Went here after wondering the mall looking for a birthday gift for my sister and as usual I have no idea what to get and I suck at shopping. After trying to find an romper for hours with no help from anyone in any other store I went to Papaya and Yvette was so helpful and didn't just point me in a general direction she actually helped me find rompers that were age appropriate for my sister and made shopping so much easier.

Not good for people that are not skinny. The clothes is meant for skinny people. Over all there's nice clothes.

I never give reviews to any stores but this store has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. This store should be shut down! The staff is so rude and they don't even care. They're happy to be rude and disrespectful. Don't shop here, they need to learn how to treat customers with respect. The cashiers are so rude and ignorant and the supervisor Ashley is even worse!
