Don't go there if you want to return a package with that has a qr code. They won't let you do that unfortunately since they are at 50% capacity according to the lady working there

I go to this store at least twice a month to drop off Amazon returns and everyone I have dealt with here is great! I’m always in and out in a flash because they are so fast. Even when there is a line of customers, I never have to wait more than a minute. One of the workers even helped me after closing once since I had forgotten a package at home and asked her if she’d help me when I came back if they were closed already. Sure enough when I came back to the store about 5 minutes after closing, I knocked on the door and she let me in and processed my return. Now that’s great customer service!

My boyfriend went in to return something and the (Mexican) young girl was rude when my boyfriend was asking about how long until his money gets return back to his card . She gave him attitude and was rude as soon as we walked in saying I don’t know with attitude she kindly could’ve said she don’t know nicer.

Blond lady (no name tag) was NOT great. She just took my old device to return Verizon during she went to backroom.I don't see what was she doing. I hope she did not damage an old device in the package, she don't show me. My old device is very condition. She was just nodded and done.

This Is the best UPS store I've been to. Super friendly and professional staff very helpful and they always give me great customer service. I highly recommend this store over any other. Super clean to they always have the answers I need and in a timely manner also. Diana is great I love her she definitely knows her stuff. Great team work girls. Definitely will be back soon.

I feel compelled to add my review for customer service that you might likely experience.upon entering the store. I'm in there almost daily conducting business during peak hours at times as well as slower times. The core staff consists of 3 young ladies, Diana, Daisy and another who's name escapes me for the moment always cheerfully greeted and treated as part of the family as they do anyone else in line being served in my presence. Bottom line all three are so nice and never fail to greet customers cheerfully no matter how busy they are. Definitely treat me like a friend or family member. They insist on physically carrying out your packages if you are injured or just too old or seem unable to safely convey packages to car. Again insist on helping you. They are so kind i can only think that some of these reviews are bunk or by very hard to please individuals.

Came to return amazon item and Diana was very helpful and walked me step by step on how to change my kohls return label to a UPS one to save me the drive. She is awesome and I will be coming back to do more business here.
