Great service. The two ladies who run the place are always very helpful. I always get a notification when a package arrives for me. I've never had an issue shipping anything out. Granted I buy my postage online and print my own shipping labels. So I just walk in, drop the package off and I'm out the door within a minute or two. For those who complain about rude service and not wearing face masks, nobody is forcing you to use this UPS Store and the the Post Office is across the street.

Very rude and unprofessional service the two older women provide. I dread having to go in because I know that they treat the customers very bad here. Please owners if you see this please talk to the employees here about proper customer service and professionalism.

I was very disappointed- I shipped something costing $130.00 and they never delivered it. When we saw (from the tracking number) that it wasn’t delivered I called and asked the manager there for help. She said she would take care of it but I never heard back. I called for two days (she gave me dead end numbers to call) and she never solved the problem. Five days later it came back. I paid $130 for nothing! I took it to a different UPS store and it was less money (same package). They completely followed up to ensure delivery! I will never trust this Phelan store again.

I went in there today to drop off a package. All of the customers were wearing masks. However NONE of the employees were wearing masks properly. They were both wearing their masks on their CHINS. Mouths and noses completely exposed. I turned around and left. Will NEVER go there again. FYI this store is a franchise. I suspect the corporate office might be interested in the fact that they refuse to wear masks. I’ll be calling tomorrow.

For the sheep that complain about masks.... Stay home and have a friend go out for you. Also, if you believe masks work and your wearing one, why do you care if others dont? The staff here is great!

Theres an older grumpyish looking Karen esque lady who works in the front too that never wears a mask.... wish I could avoid this place but it's the only ups store nearby

This store does not require its employees or customers to wear masks in the middle of the steepest rise in hospitalizations for covid-19. They are endangering lives. The employee I asked if they would be willing to wear a mask if it could keep people safe looked me straight in the eye and said no. Also, if I had scheduled a pickup from a driver my package would have been scanned into the system and on it's way to my client on Saturday. Since I brought it into this store it is still gathering dust in the back of that store, and won't get scanned until Monday night. I will *never* use a UPS store again.

Horrible. I had a package sent to someone local to this place through eBay. The buyer send it here so that he could pick it up at a later time. A signature was mandatory. The buyer picked up the package over a week ago and this place has not updated the tracking information and is trying to send the package back to me, which doesn't exist. I cannot get my payment from eBay without this UPS store doing their job correctly. I have called, I have left multiple emails begging for some kind of help and have been ignored. Very irritating.

The staff here are honest and helpful. My package came unnamed and even though they opened it to try and verify a name my nephew got his birthdy gift from his Dad. Well done Rare but appreciated honesty.

Terrible experience. We spent nearly a half an hour there to have 4 pieces of paper notarized. There are 3 employees there. One of them is a woman in training, another employee is a man trying to help her. The other is a woman whom I assume is the manager and notary. She's constantly having to stop what she's doing to talk to both employees and/or leave what she's doing. The people in front of us are having her notarize documents and she stops, comes back, stops, comes back. Then she has to go back through the papers she was working on to figure out where she stopped. This happens while all this casual banter and laughter goes on. No one says to us that oh, we're training an employee. It just continues to be people coming in after us that have to utilize the person we're waiting on while we just stand there and watch them come and go. I can understand training of one employee but there was another person there who had to be instructed on everything, as well. Again, the notary had to stop and help him so you have two people who are essentially being instructed on everything on the same day. After 20 minutes of watching everyone bump into each other behind the counter, the notary is available to wait on us. I'm assuming she's also the manager. She didn't acknowledge we'd been waiting for some time when we got to the counter just started working on our papers. During the whole time our documents are being processed the same thing is going on with the other employees. There was a conversation about when someone was going out on a break. I have no idea if anything was honestly even filled out right on any of our paperwork because there was so much chaos and untrained people in there. After all of the paperwork is filled out then we get a laughing apology about our wait and oh, it gets a little busy. It was $30 for 5 minutes of half ass attention from an official whom we thought would have a bit more professionalism about the position. People would probably appreciate that you acknowledge the fact you've kept them waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Especially when their wait time is a result of inadequate staffing. I'm sure many people enjoy the casual attitude of the place but it was a disappointing experience.
