The service is good when they are open. Hours are all wrong online as well as ones posted on the door. I call and they'say they're open til 5 on a Saturday. When I get there at 4 pm - They are closed. Sunday supposedly open til 5. They're already closed at 1:30 pm.

Was clearly talking to a new employee who had not been properly trained or was simply half asleep. I asked him for the dimensions to purchase a shipping label on my phone and he told me the dimensions of the item, not the box he was going to use. And then tried to put my item in a box that was obviously too small, even without any packaging. Here’s hoping that my fragile item makes it there in one piece. Will definitely never be going to this location again.

if you want to print something you can't just email them the file. you have to log onto their computer which charges you $1 per minute, in addition to a $3 upfront fee, plus printing fee.

This place is great. A very reasonably priced printing option and top tier customer service. I highly recommend this place. Always the fastest service. I ordered a few pages to be printed and didn’t see it had a wait time. I called and the wonderful employee printed it up right away and I was in and out within minutes. Big thumbs up.

Absolute worse printing experience in my life. Took 5 minutes to load my Gmail. 3 minutes for the print screen to load. You swipe your card before using the computer and it charges you 1$ per minute. To print a 3 page attachment ran me 10$. When asked if I could file a complaint somewhere I was given a customer service line that provided no options other than package services if I wanted to speak to a human being. I have never felt so swindled by a legitimate company before. Do not go to this location for anything other than package drop offs.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this UPS. I signed up for a mailbox and the staff have been nothing less than very helpful at all times and friendly. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone in the Eagle Rock area.

Very friendly people who recognize regular customers and "know your name". I rely on this store heavily for business and personal, and they have been far better than the previous mailbox store I used. No matter what I've shipped, including valuable items, they've always done impeccable packing jobs.

I agree with other posts that the staff is friendly and they probably do fine with your mailing needs-- which is why I am giving 2 stars. I found the manager though bafflingly incompetent. Here is the crux, when you open a P.O. Box, you are supposed to also get keys to the store front, essentially giving you 24 hr access. Convenient right? Not when NO ONE who works there knows where your copy of the key is and when you might get it. It was like a game of hot potato. I came in a total of 6 times and talked to a total of 6 people-- the last one being the manager. So I was relieved to finally meet him thinking I would get my key, especially since I was called by his asst. saying that my key was ready. Instead, the manager said he knows nothing about it and that he had to talk to the original clerk who opened my account. But that clerk told me on my second (out of 6) visit that he was coordinating with the manager. To be clear-- every conversation I have had with each person that works there, from the storefront clerks all the way up the chain to the manager does not know where my key is. If the manager does not have the authority to MANAGE something as crucial as the keys to the storefront door, then who does? How is this a good system? And how is a customer not expected to get upset? I got upset and I'm not proud of that. Good thing though that manager had no problems yelling back at me, cutting me off (even when I was trying to apologize), and, later, hanging up on me when I tried to find a resolution.
