I had the best experience at Mountain View, I got there right as they opened this morning at 7:30 AM with a mail on my tire, initially I was told I couldn’t be seen until 9 AM which was unfortunate because that would make me late for work. Gary put my mind at ease, called in a member to do my patch and got me out of the store by 8:10, while dealing with at least 6 other customers. I am amazed by how quickly I was taken care of. This team is wonderful, kind, and fast. I couldn’t be happier and recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks Gary!

Excellent service, I have been coming here since 2008 and have had many cars serviced here as well as had my tires replaced. I always buy the extended warranty for my tires and whenever I have had to use it I never have a hassle with implementing the warranty for replacement or repair. This place really is awesome.

I had my car serviced here twice, they will always upsell you but it is your choice to accept or not. Both times i did accept and spent well over my initial estimate. The last time i came to have my breaks done and was upsold rear struts, i agreed and picked up my car on a Friday at 4:30pm, almost closing time. Later i realized my back seat was lose and returned to find out hey broke a clip that holds the seat and didn't bother to tell me. I was promised a call once the part arrived from the dealer, no call, nothing until i call 2 weeks later to learn the part didn't arrive. I ended up fixing it myself. Not returning here again.

The best tire shop anywhere. Amazing customer service, stand firmly behind their work, if there's any issue they take care of it. I've worked in the auto industry for 25 years and haven't seen anything like it. True integrity. Gerardo is a great manager.

I am disappointed. Normally they are very helpful. I had a new tire on my car that went flat on freeway. They looked at it...30 seconds said...no can't patch it. I drove to Best Buy Good Year in Glendale....they were very busy said I would have to leave it..would have to take tire off rim too see. Mountain View didn't want to be bothered! My tire was repaired at Best Buy tire center and it's just fine! Has given me time to buy a new tire...when I can afford it.

I was looking for a battery replacement for my Honda civic hybrid. Not only did the someone answer the phone with a friendly tone but they actually had the item in stock and said they would hold it for me. I came in and the price was the same (no extra fees) and they handled it within 20-25 minutes. They also made sure I knew how to get the code for my radio to work properly. Great experience, painless transaction and I would definitely go back there!
