Cameron was very helpful in explaining to me that my inner tie rods had worn and were likely causing the issue with the alignment on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road edition. I would recommend anyone I know that needs to have there alignment checked to bring there vehicle to American Tire Depot on Lacey Blvd in Hanford. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have been using the service for over 10 years and got new tires 3 times so far. This time I made an appointment and arrived 2 min before my appt time and they couldnt give me an estimate for the time when the job will be completed, got a ride back home and called 3 hrs later and my car was ready, I was told the suspension is messed up and need a new one costing a lot [more than 2k]. TPMS was reset per them but wasnt working. Online quote [for local store] for the tires wasnt honored and was told not available in stock. I spent extra $200 to get the tires which were available. I got new battery also and I was only given verbal warranty -they refused to give me in print. I got a second opinion on the suspension and found no problems and doesnt need to be changed! There was a linear deep scratch on the hood when they delivered the car and didnt mention to me.

Was quoted a price online through chat. Given a confirmation number, get to the store… they got nothing. I drove 30 minutes to the store. No nothing, he said they didn’t even have the tires! I looked around, and the tires were there on the rack in the store. He tried to sell me something else, I’d never heard of. I did get my tires, finally, but not the alignment promised. I had 1 bad tire , because of a screw, so I had to buy all 4 new tires, @ 17 K miles. Was told I should sell the other 3, and was told they would put them in my car. Half way home I think about it…no tires in the back. I won’t buy from American Tire Depot anymore. I’ve bought several sets through the years. The manager was pleasant, but come on. The installation guy was very nice, but no tires to sell . Very disappointed with ATD

Came here first thing in the morning. My service was great! They did it all really quick. Jeremy and his associate explained that one of my tires had a slow leak by a nail. They also filled up my tires with air. What more can a customer ask for?

Had amazing attitude, reqlly good on giving details of cars. I was stuck in a bibble with this car and turns out that my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT has a 2015 system. Im glad they gave me that information cause it helps a lot. Reqlly great experience. Will recommend!

Great customer service!! From the moment I called looking for very specific tires, they helped me and worked well with me. At this point I had already called several places and their customer service alone was nothing compared to American Tire Depot. I scheduled my appointment, dropped off the car the day of and they called me 30 min later letting me know my car was ready to go. I would definitely recommend this place if you need new tires they got you!! Will definite be going again when the time comes that I need a car service or new tires.
