Great customer service!! From the moment I called looking for very specific tires, they helped me and worked well with me. At this point I had already called several places and their customer service alone was nothing compared to American Tire Depot. I scheduled my appointment, dropped off the car the day of and they called me 30 min later letting me know my car was ready to go. I would definitely recommend this place if you need new tires they got you!! Will definite be going again when the time comes that I need a car service or new tires. ~Araceli

It was my first time buying something at Advance Auto Parts and I was impressed by the customer service! Even if you walk in someone from the desk will approach and ask if they can help you find anything and will even take stuff from your hands and carry it to the register so you can keep browsing. This place is the only place in town I found that carries a wide selection of The Chemical Guys and other name-brand products right in the shelves and not behind a glass case. Their prices are also comparable to online retailers like Amazon and definitely better pricing that the local competitors. I signed up for their rewards and will keep stopping by to buy my detailing or car care needs. ~Hector

I was fine until I got done with my purchase…. An employee said something racial when I was on the way out the door. It was 9:22 pm around closing, as the door was closing Behind me I heard one of the employees say “ we’re not to fond of your kind around here”… it was insulting honestly ~Steven
