Very disappointed in their customer service and staff is unhelpful and very rude. Will not go there again and I have been a valuable customer for many years. They don't help and they say they will be there in a minute and then never attend to the customer.

I was fine until I got done with my purchase…. An employee said something racial when I was on the way out the door. It was 9:22 pm around closing, as the door was closing Behind me I heard one of the employees say “ we’re not to fond of your kind around here”… it was insulting honestly

We went in to test our battery. There were five clerks and we were the only customers. At first, they were reluctant to help us. Finally, a person came over to help. They continued to talk among each other. They couldn't get the metal brackets off of the posts. they beat them into submission (ruined them). One of the workers said we should have put lubricant on the posts. I told him that battery was there when we bought the car. Anyway, we took the battery and went somewhere else. We're not going back.

Depends on when you come here and who is working this place is a high school class room..been there on multiple different occasions just to see something different every time. Once the manager (skinny Mexican gal who liked like she just rolled out of bed 5 min prior to showing up)was all visibly upset with another manager over an employee calling in and apparently she had to find a replacement for her ( who ever kandy is they were noticeably with you in front of a line of customers) a little unprofessional for workers to be discussing this amongst customers in line and let’s not start with the gentleman behind the counter by the name of Carlos who has the biggest chip on his shoulder for some reason this place drew my last straw when he tossed my receipt and change at me with biggest attitude with that being said I have received good customer service from other workers there but Save your self the headache and go to o’Riley’s there much more professional

In the Hanford Ca store about May 2022 at 7 pm A female friend and I walked in together she tells me she is going to look for a air freshener I proceed to the counter ordering my parts manager aproches the counter all concided says right in front of me tells another counter parts clerk that the lady right there " KEEP AN EYE ON HER SHE IS SHOPLIFTING " I look back it's my friend he was talking about.. first very unprofessional. I call her over she tells him what she felt she is walking out manager Rodriguez tells her to get out, I speak up address his laudbess tells me I can leave to, I tell him I'm buying my parts then I will leave it continues police were never called, I filled a complaint never heard back from anyone I called was told they will contacte never had.

Omg, w where do I start with these people. Went in there got the parts to fix my 99 Ford f150 they then I had to wait a month to get a mechanic that volunteered their time to come work on it they give me the wrong parts so I had to pay someone to bring me back and get the correct parts the girl on the computer that waited on me had no idea about anything they need to educate their workers a little bit more on how to find parts so then I got the correct parts so I thought see they give me for a V8 I have a V6 anyway I take the parts back everything is right except for the gasket so now I have to pay another mechanic to put the gasket on and my truck keeps overheating because the gasket is not working correctly several trips to the store because they keep making mistakes mostly the females not friendly not very knowledgeable I will take my service somewhere else.
