Avery my trainer at the Surprise location is doing an amazing job in helping me get back into shape! I’ve been out of the gym now for almost a year and it’s crazy how quickly my 73 year old body gets out of shape. Avery has shown me how to exercise correctly and I am so very very glad that Planet Fitness is offering this trainer at no additional charge! What an incentive to come back into the gym as I have been at least three times a week. Thank you Avery! Thank you Planet Fitness! John Z

I visit Planet Fitness at least 3 - 4 times a week. It's always impeccably clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone is always super nice.

Great experience. The gym is quieter and calmer than other gyms. I don't feel judged. The atmosphere encourages me to try hard as there aren't a bunch of, what I call meatheads, showing off how much they can lift as they grunt loudly. I do recommend them. No pushy sales, I'm very HAPPY

This location is the reason I’m canceling my membership. The manager was very rude, unprofessional and out right unpleasant. The circuit room is a constant issue because of rude members. And the rest of the staff is awkward and unfriendly. They are not welcoming at all. I would recommend any other location than this one, the gym goers and staff combined have made my decision easy. This gym is not for me.

This is a very well-run PF location! Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym floor and locker room are well-maintained. A clean atmosphere. Good equipment, cardio, and weight selections. Great Black Card Spa area.

By far the best planet fitness I've ever been too and I travel all over! Friendly staff and OUTSTANDING showers! Delta shower heads and hot water! Two room showers with a personal stool. I got a day pass and I must say, this planet fitness is worth getting a membership at!

The staff is super friendly, and frequently cleaning around the gym floor; it's so reassuring. They treat my son with the same respect and kindness that they treat me. There is also diversity within the club members - ethnicities and ages, which speaks volumes to the staff's professionalism and ability to welcome all people to the judgment free zone! I hope that each one of them is aware that their smiles go a very long way!
