How do you properly review something that has changed your life both physically and mentally for the better! Coming back from a back fusion I was hesitant to join a "gym" and lift. So I started hiking to get me by until I was ready to lift weights again. When you suffer from back pain for soo many years and finally get it corrected I was terrified of having another set back. Well, 8 weeks to the day today I was finally ready to join a "gym" and I walked into Pitt Fitness. From the moment I walked in the door I was greated and treated as a true member and welcomed by EVERYONE at Pitt Fitness, not just the coaches. Everyone is truly there to help each other out, coaches help you overcome obstacles and limitations and I can't imagine working out anywhere else. Now, I'm starting a strength training class and feeling like my old self again at 46 years old. If you are stuck in a rutt, need some motivation and don't know where to start give Pitt Fitness a try, it might just change your life as it did mine...Nooners Rule!!!

Pitt Fitness is a great place to workout. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and make the atmosphere a fun place to workout. The Tuesday trainer, Emily, is amazing. She is always incorporating workouts that have a meaning to honor someone or something and it's a great way to "pay back". If your considering trying a group workout or boot camp style workout, I highly recommend The Pitt!

I love Pitt fitness because it’s never the same workout. All of the coaches are super excited and motivated to help you succeed in what your goals may be. Classes are fun and people are friendly and there is no judgement what so ever. This place Will definitely make you sore but in a good way!

I am so thankful that I found Pitt Fitness! It’s a great gym with an amazing staff, coaches, and members. The workouts are group style and they are different every day with a nice mix of modalities. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. The coaches know exactly when to push you but also when a modification is needed to avoid injury. They truly care about your success and do a great job keeping us motivated and accountable. Pitt Fitness offers everything that a large commercial gym lacks…a great sense of community and comradery that really makes it feel like family! The Pitt is one of the best gyms I have been to! I came to The Pitt after being at a gym that was very high impact and produced injury. The coaches at The Pitt are awesome! They modify as needed while still providing a great workout. The class times work well with my schedule and the gym is large so it doesn’t feel like you are on top of others. Great group fitness atmosphere and I highly recommend checking it out!

This place is awesome! I'm so happy I joined for the summer before I head back up to college. All the trainers and staff are awesome. They are so encouraging and push you to meet your fitness goals. The facility is great and I enjoy how every workout is different. I highly recommend the PITT fitness!

This is a true community and a great gym for anyone that is looking for a very challenging workout that changes every day. The time and energy that goes into the group workouts is impressive...you will get more done in an hour than you thought was possible! I highly recommend.
