I love it here, the reason for 4 stars is because of the music taste. The gym should be more electrifying, not mellow and soft. The equipment is great, staff is great, but I just can’t agree with the music. Please change the music. Thank you

Very friendly staff. Crowded in the evening, but not super excessively. Just plan to wait your turn for some of the weight machines, especially the ones closer to the women's locker room. Smaller facility compared to the other locations but it's local and I enjoy being able to walk here after work.

I have never been talked to so rudely before in my life until I talked to the "manager" anessa/Vanessa. I have been trying to find the right gym for me and since my family comes to this one I decided to give it a shot. The gentleman that was helping me informed me about a 5 day trial for $1. I signed up and went to workout. After that session I realized this gym wasn't for me; I suffer from anxiety and I learned that its too small and cluttered especially during peak. So I called today to cancel it and this "manager" was so rude, telling me the trial was for 3 days and not 5. I calm and respectfully explained to her thats not what I was told when signing up and she did not care. I asked for her name and corporates number since she wasn't able to help me and she refused both and accused me of threatening her by saying that I would take legal action when all I asked was to speak to a different manger who could better assist me. She said no-one else could assist me, that I still will be charged twice, and finished with "do you want to cancel it or not?". I had to call under a different number to get her name AND call a different location to see if their GM could help me. Im still waiting for him to call me back but for the meantime I suggest the current GM of the Olive location talk to his manager about her customer service skills, how to treat people with respect and kindness, and to make sure all representatives either know the policy or always pull it up as a reference to not give their customers misinformation. In all I am highly disappointed in the gym and its staff and will be converting my family to a different gym.

I have been working out at this gym for a little while now. I have trained at a few other gyms in the past and I really like this one (51st & olive). Dennis Hill is so bright at 4am and makes you feel like a warrior. My only question is that I wish there was access to the room where they hold fitness classes. I like to use spaces like that for a lot of foot work movement and use the steps that they have in there for that as well but it is locked whenever I try to go in there. Other than that the gyms are always clean sauna is clean pool is clean the fitness area is clean except for the loose dumbbells never being put back but that is the fault of the people working out they’re not the employees. A special thank you to Dennis Hill for being inspiring so early in the morning!

I started going here about 6 weeks ago with my friend. The first visit we encountered Sierra, who got us registered. She was friendly and informative. She took us on a tour of the gym. Great experience. We used the pool at the end of our visit. We noticed the showers and bathrooms were not clean. Upon leaving we spoke to the GM and inquired about who cleans and how we found the showers and bathrooms. She said the staff cleans and she would go inspect to see about the cleanliness. We come here almost daily and noticed the cleanliness has NOT improved. Also, not many members wipe down the machines after using them.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I have been going to this gym for almost 2 months now, and I noticed that the same disgusting smears of sweat and snot on the windows in the sauna, the floor is just as disgusting, in the sauna there were also termites in the wood. A putrid smell all in the sauna and the entire gym. The overall cleanliness of the gym is subpar. Doorknob’s were so gross also. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It has only been 2 months and I already canceled my membership. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

I feel like some of these people leaving reviews are selfish and don't really understand what it is like for staff working in customer service. These employees deal with customers ALL day and you expect them to be perfect for every single one of them? In all reality no matter how nice these employees are most things are out of their control and they are trying their best. Sierra was really helpful, and solved my issue and guess what.... I didn't have to be mean once :0. Anyways, this location has really sweet staff and if anyone thinks otherwise its probably because they are returning the same energy that was given to them, so fix ya attitude.

Nice facility, need more workout equipment to handle population. Like the swimming facility, would like to see more work out “G-fit” classes, but have to drive to other facilities to get them, which is okay. Locker rooms and lockers need to be dusted and cleaned out more frequently, lots of “hair noted on floors and showers”. It’s okay staff to say “hello” to customers, would help the vibe of good prosperous place to be at! 😀

I will be trying another location before I decide to cancel my membership all together. The staff at this location sucks! Nobody can ever give you any answers. When you call in your left on hold minimum 15 minutes. I was somehow signed up for PT. When I spoke to someone about it they assured me the person who signed me up was let go and no longer with the gym. I could care less about that I just wanted to get it canceled but I was told I couldn’t get out of it. So I decided to give a try. 2 sessions no PT showed! I had enough. They said they would get it cancelled 2 months later they’re still taking my money and I have used none of the PT services!! I call to talk to a manager they’re either never there I was told “They may show up at 10 maybe 12 who knows.” or they’re busy. I’ve been a patient person but it’s getting old. I give it 3. Albeit the theatre room is always a crazy mess with mats and equipment everywhere and it is always crazy full they do have a variety of equipment and I do go 4-5x’s a week. The classes I’ve been to are good too.

Grand opening today!! You could smell the fresh, clean equipments. Plenty new machines at 💯. Customer service on point. Anyone who was working there and made eye contact would ask if I needed any help.
