If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are incompetent and weighed my package incorrectly and double charged me. I called customer service to dispute the incorrect weight and asked for a refund and was refused one. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off. They charged me $12.43 to ship a piece of paper that was non certified nor was it priority mail. Disgraceful.

Paid $400 to ship two boxes with insurance on them. My customer received there package with damaged good, and fedex flat out refused the claim. Literally don’t know why there would be an insurance option if they are gonna submit something, make you wait a week, and then just tell you unfortunately they are going to do anything. Like seriously guys, $400 dollars for two boxes and you won’t even honor the insurance when you broke the item in shipping, and it was marked fragile in every spot possible. Won’t use fedex again, I lost almost 500 dollars in product because of it.

Erxtremely bad service, no customer skills at all, I felt as if I was a solicitor coming to their personal home on a Saturday morning. I went in this morning to do a basic return. When I walked in there where 3 employees trying their best to avoid making eye contact. After a minute one of them finally muttered hello, After walking up to the counter an employee with dreadlocks reluctantly came over. The whole customer experience with him was extremely awkward and it was like pulling teeth trying to get information about sending my package back. I will definitely never return to this location and I would recommend people to avoid this store if possible.

I was in town and needed to send some very important documents right away. Nice convenient business set up. I was not greeted by the staff upon walking in. Not to mention they were extremely busy and understaffed. Nonetheless, I love FEDEX and the excellent service available when needed.

Austin shipped a package for me. Asked if it required a signature. I stated no it did not. Turns out because of the value it was required, no one told me this. When i went in to correct it, spoke with Austin again who apologized and stated he could do nothing orher than give me the 800 number for customer sevice. Still trying to sort the mess out while my sruff sits at a facility in Cali. Customer service has not been helpful. Store sure was happy to sign me up for an account to get that stat but sure seems to care very little about fixing a mess they created.

I have not seen the final product yet, as I ordered my poster in advance for a business meeting in early November; but I just had to make a comment today. Within minutes of placing my order, I received a call from Vanessa asking if I'd like to change the color of the foam board to match the print color. I am very thankful that she took enough interest in my project to call me. I did make the change. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Vanessa.

I thought it was just me... but I every time I go to this location I get the worst service. No one will greet you when you come in. At my last visit there were two people working... the one helping a customer said after a few mins he would be right with me... the other person walked around the store acting like he did not work there.. I was in a rush and after almost 9 mins the one walking around rudely asked could he help me.... Today I have called the store for 30 mins over and over and no one ia answering the phone and its 10:30 am. So now Im going to have to drive 8 miles out me way to get excellent service from the store on 99th and McDowell.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful associates. Customers are not greeted or even acknowledged until 5 mins after entering the store. Would rather drive 6 miles out of my way to the next location than patronize this location.
