Worst place I've ever been, worst experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There's a reason they only have 2.7 stars, subpar equipment means subpar promotional products. Don't get fooled like everyone else.

When I first called and spoke with someone, they were very nice and made it seem like my order was no problem at all. They were late getting back to me with an estimate that was just an absurd price. I called 10 days before I needed to pick up my order of 14 tshirts, that’s it. They charged me a rush order on top of a total bill of $900 for just 14 tshirts, yes you read that correctly. I immediately did not continue with them, however, it’s disappointing that my order was priced like that. Clearly my small order was not worth their time or volume. Would not recommend this business at all.

Penny Royal? More like Petty Royal. Save yourself the trouble. We placed a company order and they messed up the order and couldn't hold themselves accountable. Head over to AlphaGraphics for better customer service.

The staff and products are top notch. They can get you anything from banners to pens to clothing etc and anything you can think of. If you want your name, logo or team on it, they can do it. The staff will go up and beyond for you and stand behind their work. Very professional and great to work with.
