The new layout of this store is really annoying. When you walk in you are facing the registers and have to walk through self checkout to get into the store. Which is so frustrating when the store is busy. The aisles are crowded and very challenging to navigate and locate items. We have used the store pick up option but the items always seem to be higher cost with limited coupons. I also dislike the use of so many self checkout registers although the Fry's ones are better than some other places. When I have 30 plus items self checkout is the last place I want to go. But the lines for the regular registers are packed.

The store is nice and clean but like everyone else they have few open registers and try to force you to use self checkout. There is no purpose to self checkout other than to eliminate jobs. I want to start seeing sign on products that say " this price was not increased because of self checkout". Just kidding but I don't use self checkout. It is my personal protest.😀

I go to Fry’s because of the great fried chicken meal deals. For at least 6 months when I go to the Fry’s on 91st and Olive the pans in the warmer displays are empty. Now, if it was other than noon or 5:00 PM in the evening or especially dinner or after church at noon when most customers look to Fry’s delicious chicken I would understand the wait…but not at times when this item is expected to be ready and good to go for customers. I went in last Sunday at about noon and nothing mother hubbard-wow was I disappointed. Not only was I told in about 30 minutes, but 1 1/2 hours later and after telling one of the store meanders about this twice finally the chicken was ready( the manager was nice enough to comp the 3 chicken breasts) however, the guy at the deli who gave me my ordered freaked out because I said I wanted “ chicken breasts@ and he thought I wanted 8 chicken breast pieces. Understandably, that is a lot to ask for and I didn’t think I was going to get complemented all my chicken order. Anyway, I went to this Fry’s today a little past noon and again no chicken. I asked when this would be ready and the common theme answer in about one hour-bummer-I gave commonly experienced this at the deli many times… too many to post here. I could go to another Fry’s, but this one is closest to my home. Please can someone use better time management to make this on demand item available for their customers? At least during high demand times!

Kinda of gone down hill. Super busy and dirty now. People always bumping into you in every isle. I used to enjoy going there now...not so much. Never any cashiers working and only half the self checkouts working. It's like they want it to be crowded. News flash to frys on 91st and Olive. Your patrons would love to get in and get out..

Cashier/ Manager was very rude. Since the moment she was checking me out she was already scanning items that were not mine! I tried to ignore the fact that I had to bag my own things and scuff out bags that were crumbled on the side since there was none! There was an issue with the way the payment was processed, so I asked if I can try another card. She said she would had to ring the items all over again. I told her that’s Not true! She proceeded to say yes she does, so we went on to un-bag EVERYTHING. When I asked for a Manager Dominique got all loud and feisty saying “I am one of the Managers!” I told her I did not like her customer service and she said, “Well that’s your opinion!” Quite Honestly I Never imagined I would be getting Yelled at by a manager so rudely at Fry’s! I told her I expected more quality service from Fry’s and that she was so young an inexperienced and soo unprofessional. I hope that the next time they offer someone the manager position they realize they will have to learn to communicate!

Terrible management. Was shopping and heard them make a page. Less then 3 minutes later a manager starts shouting at an employee. You didn't hear the page? I did. You'll need to go check on the table in bakery. You've never seen it, because it's ALWAYS EMPTY. ALWAYS! Not joking, no sarcasm. Just straight up being a jerk. As a former retail manager, I decided to walk over to bakery to see what would cause this guy to be a jerk. Nothing was blown out or really empty. But you know what was a mess, the 5 carts of go backs he was hanging out next to chatting it up with another person. I left my cart and headed to another store. I won't support management treating people badly.

I just wanted to put in a kind word about our cashier, Katrina at Frys on 91st and Olive. We went grocery shopping there last night. We really had not been in store shopping throughout this pandemic time. Katrina was so kind and patient with us, she gave us excellent customer service. We got the feeling that she is always on top of things and always gives great customer service. Her manager needs to give Katrina a merit raise.

This used to be my favorite grocery store it's close to home and convenient. Lately, it is overcrowded and understaffed. I have been 10th in line at the deli with only 1 person working. They run out of items daily. I am not shopping there anymore.

Fry's Food And Drug is a grocery store in Peoria, Arizona. We visited this place on November 9, 2019. This store has wide isles which makes it easier to get around. The store is clean and pretty organized. They always have great fresh French bread from the bakery that tastes amazing! The employees here are really friendly and helpful. What's great about Fry’s is that they always have a good number of people on staff when things get busy. There is a very large parking lot so you never run into an issue with not getting a parking space. Fry’s always has competitive prices for many products with good service.
