Although turnaround time was great, I was charged for custom binding and printed materials and then received basic. Also, layout received was different then job specification submitted. Overall dissatisfied.

I love visiting this store! The staff greet me, offer to help, and can be found if I need them. This store is quiet and calming to walk around. This store is always super clean and organized which makes it easy for me to find what I’m looking for every time! I especially enjoy buying these certain pens that are so smooth, comfortable and cushioned, and dry quickly for work. Their prices are always comparable to Amazon, and sometimes lower! I appreciate the rewards I earn for my purchases as well as returning empty printer ink cartridges! I will definitely be returning to this store again and again!

My wife and I when to this location and there is 0 customer service. Went there for a simple label printing job and the whole situation lasted over an hour. We waited at the printing service desk for 25 mins first while one associate dealt with 1 customer while hold and carrying on a side convo for over 20 mins! I don't mind the rapport building but we weren't even acknowledged not once while standing there next in line. When we finally reached the service desk the female associate didn't greet neither did anyone else so we started explaining what we need. The female walked away during the middle of the convo and we were left with Hudson... Hudson couldn't do anything.. anything that we asked he didn't wanna help to where we got irate because if he didn't wanna do anything he should've stayed home. We even had a cop intervene because it caused a commotion due to the lack or respect and willingness to help. It's a shame how poorly this locations customer service is and we will be speaking to managers and regionals because it was filled with incompetent employees and can't even get a simple service that is offered by the company done. After an hour of back and forward we still didn't get our print job done nor was there any effort on office max part to offer the service correctly. Please review tape and if you have audio please listen as it's a reflection on how OfficeMax treats paying customers.

Awesome store that carries large selections of pens, paper and other supplies. I get all of my pens and other items here at cheaper prices than other stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Awesome service!! Me doing things at the last minute.. I was hesitant about going back cuz of my last visit wasn’t very good. But this time Maxamillion who helped me was balancing me with my project and helping another customer.. I got there close to closing and he helped me with everything and got it done.. I got exactly what I needed done.. His customer service was above and beyond.. Thank you so much for helping me with my last minute purchase

Abraham was an excellent sales associate. It is unfortunate that Office Depot is not providing the product he needs to complete sales. He is the only reason I purchased almost $500 worth of merchandise during my visit.

Great selection and great staff. Very friendly and eager to help. Its not very visible from the street because it sits back pretty far inside the shopping center. Security is top notch at least in December because of the Christmas season.
