If you don’t provide notary services, don’t allow people to book that service online. I planned my day around this and was frustrated when I found out the service was no longer offered and that this is a known issue that hasn’t been dealt with.

Isn’t even worth a star at all. The people who work here have never heard of customer service in their life. I shlep out here because they are the only store open. They told me the system broke hours before and they can’t ship. This is after spending nearly 5 minutes in the store trying to pack something to shop. They have no sign on the door, no changes to any store hours or posts online. All easy things to do. Anna and Mimi are idiots. They should be fired immediately and will be telling corporate that they should.

Worst customer service. Went to return a package to the original sender. the package came back to me twice after speaking to two difference employees and can’t explain why it keeps coming back to me.

Great service but watch out when shipping internationally. UPS charges a 69$ customs brokerage fee in addition to the tariffs due.

I used their pack and ship electronics service to ship my PC, but they didn't secure the graphics card, which got dislodged during shipping and lost some of its functionality as a result.

Went in to store on Monday at 5:45pm to have an overnight package delivered. Checked out, paid fee and told everything was good to go. Found out next day when package never arrived that is wouldn't be sent for overnight until 5:30pm on Tuesday. The rep at the store never mentioned a word that the package would NOT be shipped overnight as requested. Now I just spent $$ for an overnight delivery and actually received a two-day delivery. This store has extremely poor service and should be ashamed of misleading customers by NOT telling them the correct information.

I hope Amazon is listening? UPS your days are numbered. Penny pinching a long time patron for $2.00 because they won't open email & print out label is insulting. Don't visit this business. They must be desperate if there's nothing left except pick pockets of long time customers.

Horrible! Charged over $13 for ground shipping!! I could have put a regular stamp on it, saved money and it probably would have got there faster!! Employees are not trained to provide accurate information.-Owner Michael is rude and offered no apologies or solution!! Stay away from this business!

I personally had a great experience sending a package to my friend. I didn't experience a wait around 4pm on a Thursday, and the young man behind the counter was perfectly cordial and prompt with service. He offered me an alternative delivery service that was more within my budget, and even personally covered the few cents I was under (above and beyond!!). My package also arrived WAY earlier than I expected! Thank y'all so much for helping and making someone very happy 😊
