Originally received a call fromJaron out at the goodyear store. Said he would text me what I needed to provide. He never did. I called back and was placed on hold for long time so I hung up. I then called and spoke with Miguel at the Westridge store. He took care of me rught away. Miguel called back as promised. He mentioned he was off at 6pm but Luis would have all my info. Luis met us at the appliance section and gave us the scoop on how financing worked. He then processed our items withou5 hesitation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about every item in th3 store. Although I moved to yiungtown az Miguel and Luis have made this my store. Its worth the drive. Thanks Gentlemen!!! Hector E!

One of the worst bait and switch stores on the market. They canceled my online order. So they could redo the order in store. So the store and the employee could get sales credit.. This is welcome practice from the store manager. And it's extremely deceptive in practice. It took a 5 minute pick up and turned it into a 45-minute mess. They also at first attempted to cover it with lies. Until I called them out on it. Then, they all became rude. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My son and I both share the same ratings. We were treated with such courtesy and the salesman was attentive to our need. We would come back again to this store because of your customers interaction with the salesman who was very professional and was able to finish completing our application on a timely manner whereas it was easy to pick our refrigerator.
