This one star review is for Armand, What a waste of salesman. He really didn't care to provide correct information to the customer. I'm pretty sure he misinformed about the price purposely. Congratulations to Best Buy on such a great hire.

One of the best Best Buys in Phx Metro. Customer support, sales agents, all are very helpful and friendly. Lots of new stuff that Tempe place don’t have, big section with appliances and Magnolia room. Always go there and its nit even closest to me.

Overly paranoid management and pathetically puffed up security employees continually harassed my family in this location. It was one of the strangest and most disrespectful shopping experiences I have ever witnessed. The staff here targeted my family for some reason, and continually bothered us while we were shopping. And it wasn’t to ask if we needed help…. It was an overly aggressive attempt to intimidate us, even to go as far as suggesting that we were stealing from The store. Never-mind the fact that I checked out with my Best Buy card…?! The staff here need to learn a hard lesson in customer service and maybe stop watching YouTube videos of other Best Buy staff fighting with customers! This place is a complete joke…it’s no wonder that their business is continually failing! Def lost my business for good…..

Closest Best Buy to my residence and a week prior checked out tv's. Michael in the dept. really explained the different options. Went again yesterday and saw Michael and was super helpful in completing our transaction. Thank you, Michael for the service!

I just wanna thank the guys and gals at the Best Buy near Chandler Fashion Center for helping me set up my new Samsung S22 ultra... They took their time to help me transfer my data every step of the way... Also if you haven't heard of the Total Tech insurance they provide I highly recommend you get it... There are so many deals and perks that come with it... My screen protector was damaged just recently and they were able to find the same one I got as well as apply it free of charge!!! Well, with the Total Tech insurance of course... Ha ha ha... Thank you again Best Buy... You've out done yourselves this time and I'll be sure to be on the look out for more great deals you have to offer...

Not so good. The sales person that assisted us clearly did not want to be helping us. He was almost annoyed with us taking up a few minutes of his time and seemed like he was just trying to dispense with us. I know it is hard to get good help these days. However, I think he did more harm than good. We left the store and just ordered the product on Amazon and got it from UPS the next day. Sorry to say Best Buy has been disappointing us lately. We got a letter in the mail telling us our CitiBank Best Buy Card will be cancelled shortly for lack of use. We like to use this card to buy appliances when they break down. We have probably purchased directly and indirectly about $50,000.00 worth of product from Best Buy in the last 30 years. We are experiencing very poor treatment from Best Buy in the last few months /;o( We went to your store to use it so the Best Buy card would not get cancelled. The salesman basically repelled us out of the store. We ended up spending $171.00 at Amazon instead of buying what we needed from Best Buy. If you are trying to turn away customers - you are doing all the right things. Poor customer sales person And CitiBank Best Buy Card sending us a letter that threatened to cancel our card. By the way we have 820 FICO scores. What is going wrong with Best Buy? Are you trying to go bankrupt?

Walked into best buy needing help and was immediately greeted bye Diana she asked what I needed help with, I said a screen protector for my phone. She then assisted me grabbed the correct protector for my device and checked me out making my experience effortless and speedy. Thanks Diana! She definitely deserves a raise 👏

Wonderful staff that went above and beyond!! Went in to find a mouse that they had on sale. Brought up what I thought was the same mouse but I came to find that the version that was on sale that didn't include the charging dock. Which they only had one left and the staff searched high and low to find it for me. Will be returning for any other tech needs just from this experience. Thank you all!

The sales associate Rebecca was great again. We went to this store, which is a little further from us because of her customer service. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is very helpful in finding what you want. We purchased a bundle, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The downfall is, they won't be delivered for over a month...the end of May!
