The bakery staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable about their products and made ordering birthday cupcakes a breeze! I also stopped by the cafe for a quick bite, the ladies in that area are very fast paced and polite. Overall a very friendly store with helpful employees.

I shop here once a week for family groceries. There is a lot in the store and some very good values. The produce is very nice, better than in many grocery stores. The meat selection is excellent. I can always find good deals. We eat a lot of chicken, and it’s a much better deal buying it here. Overall it’s a great place to stock up on items. I’d recommend downloading the app. It’s really simple to scan your items as you put them in the cart and check out without ever waiting in line. It’s a huge time saver.

I had a wonderful experience at Sam's Club today. The cashier was friendly and helpful and so was the lady in the pharmacy. It's very encouraging to experience good customer service again.

If I had to choose between my Costco membership and my Sam's Club membership, it would be tough. Sam's Club is different enough from Costco that it has a lot to offer. Sam's club is where I go if I'm looking to buy snack for lunches, protein shakes, drinks, candy, gift cards, and cupcakes. Sometimes I treat Sam's Club like a grocery store because not everything has to be bought in bulk. You can buy one gallon of milk instead of two, and a regular bag of salad for a couple bucks. However, the biggest Sam's club perk for me is that they are heads and shoulders above other companies when it comes to their app, online shopping, and the check out process. Imagine scanning the items you put into your basket, paying online, then skipping the whole check out line altogether! It's called Scan and Go on their app. You just show a QR code to someone as you leave--It's beyond easy and very convenient! They also have an advanced self check out system with a hand held scanner. If you pay for the plus membership (and I do!), you can get free delivery on many items and/or free pick up. The warehouse is usually not packed with shoppers and you can browse in peace. They have a food court with lots of options, but it is woefully understaffed and the food is just okay. After a couple unpleasant experiences I just tend avoid it. However, they have excellent fountain drink options and you can buy the cups at self check out. Organic, gluten free, and keto options are not plentiful at Sam's Club, and don't expect samples, helpful employees, and/or instant savings-- Go to Costco for those. Overall, I highly recommend Sam's Club and would even say spring for the Plus membership.

Sam's Club is a great place to work. You will work hard, so be ready. Management makes you do it right the first time, please believe. And a great store to shop for most anything you need to survive. Staying alive. 💯

Went in to check out prices compared to Costco. Some items are lower and some higher. Store was clean and employees were helpful in finding items. Wish they gave cash back like Costco, but I will most likely keep both memberships.

Very nice visit. Everything seemed to be available in one form or another. There was a cookie sampler and she was a good salesperson, nice way with her approach. The floors were squeaky clean but not slippery. Stocker was more than happy to assist us with a particular product. Goodly number of cashiers and ours was quick and friendly. Bonus points from previous visits and perhaps gas purchases brought our costs down, making us smile. Enjoyed our visit overall.

Customer service is terrible and not what you get at other locations or competitive brands. Shop here if you're independent and don't need to interact with employees. Great as along as you know what you're getting into. Store is clean, well stocked, prices competitive on most items, hours of operation helpful, and app features that blow competition out of the water. Solid affordable club brand and conveniently located store. The gas pumps save a ton and are usually not too long if lines if timed right. My issue with this location is the staff. From the low energy greeters, check out staff, and worst of all the customer service / member services staff. Greeter staff should be at least lacking of negative attitudes and slouching. Don't need overly fake happiness yet most of them seem to hate their jobs which sets a terrible tone for the shopping experience. Does Sam's club want us to spend money or feel depressed lol. Customer service staff love easy fixes and fail to perform any really assistance. Sure if you have an easy and quick return they get it taken care of. However, anything that requires work won't be performed outside of initial sign up. Biggest issue is they will not print a physical member card and push a temp print out or the app. I am fine with getting a new member number and it even messing up the app. Yet staff refuses to provide a card. Instead they turn to sales reps on the app and will only give a temp card. Bottom line a card will only be provided on initial sign up. The app is wonderful and would highly recommend it's use yet sometimes a card is needed. Especially since it's part of one's paid memento services. Super sad as another location not in the northern "wealthy" area has great customer service. This location after multiple visits fails. Love to shop here if it envolves minimal staff interaction. Pro tip is to use the app at the pump or scan and go in the warehouse. Doing the shop scan and go saves so much time on checkout. It also gives you your shopping total along the way and is easy to use.

Always enjoy walking through the store. Tons of stuff I don't need but nice to look at. Took a brake at the outdoor furniture display and met two really lovely AT&T sales ladies. Dee and Kayla made the stop worthwhile.

For those of us for whom spending money means we save money, Sans Club has to be the perfect warehouse getaway 😃. We know we need toilet paper and aluminum foil so why not just buy enough for the year and save a few bucks? I personally use my membership wherever I go, especially when traveling (⛽ gas is cheaper). Good selections and easy to find layout keeps me coming back.
