The WORST!! I have XFINITY less than two weeks. There is already issues. Xfinity wants to charge me $100.00 to come out. Really? $110.00 to cancel the contract. The store customer service in Gadsden is not much better. The lady with brown hair who worked Monday after 4:30 p.m is rude! I CANT STAND THIS COMPANY.

This the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, unfortunately I don't have a choice but to deal with them..OK so I called on day about a internet prob. And it took me ahour just to speak with a live agent who was asian and really could not understand or help me..then she told me I could get a free phone and keep the same plan that I had for only 17 dollars a month and also get a reduction in my internet bill for 39 dollars less a month..so I went for it only to find out that the plan was only going have 1 G if data...and I would have to pay more to update the plan ...so when the phone arrivedI didn't Active activate the phone I sent it back untouched plus I paid 30 dollars before they shipped the phone well when I sent it back and had never activated the phone they activated it once they received it and charged me a restock fee plus they took a additional 8.50 out of my checking for what I do t know...this was a very bougas act..this company is not right I would not recommend them to anyone..and if I had any other options I would not continue to use this company buyer beware!!!! Gadsden Al has the worse customer service these people just come to work to hand out and cannot help you with squat..and you won't get thru if you call their customer service..

Now beware of people saying their Comcast Xfinity trying to take you for $100 or more. A supervisor did all me back and I explained him my situation and he told me to report the fraud to my and he will report it on his end . So Justin who did help me get my internet reestablished and helped me take advantage of a program to help me save money on my internet. He also set me up with new cell service cheeper than I was getting elsewhere. So now if they would just put zero as a bypass for the automatic system my life would be perfect!!!

This store has neither the friendliest nor most knowledgeable staff. I miss the crew at the old downtown location. If I can help it, I won’t be returning to this new store ever again.

Comcast is the very worst service provider there is. I have been calling since October of 2021 to get them out to bury our cable underground. The pipe is already there and the cable just needs pulled through so that it is not taped to the side of our building. I have been given multiple dates and times that a technician will be out to fix this problem. No one ever shows up and when you call to talk with a supervisor you are told there are none available. They just so I'm sorry and we just need to set up another appointment for someone to come out. I am now submitting a report to the better business bureau. If you are given a choice go with AT&T or anyone else but Comcast!!!!!

Xfinity is proving to be a less than professional company, with little to no training for their sales associates. If you want to talk with a professional and get your issue handled, join a different company. Whether you are in store, on the phone, or chatting with a representative on chat….. I wish you the best and pray you do not have an experience as irritating as mine. They do all mimic each other well, and there seems to be no way to resolve an issue, or file a complaint. 1 star is to gracious!

I can not believe that a town seriously only offers 1 available internet service provider for residential customers and it is this one! The is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, it only works half of the time and the price for only minimal internet is 110.00 a month and when we go over the “unlimited plan” (not really unlimited) we are charged an entire other months usage so 220.00 a month. Absolutely ridiculous!
