They are understaffed. You can never find a register open or help. I used to love this store, now I just get mad when I go in there.

Hard to find staff there... Some departments are completely unstaffed, so if you have a question you have to hunt somebody down to help you. I have always bought my makeup there but the last three times I've gone I have had to wait a really long time, and eventhough the lady that works the makeup counters is very kind, she always calls me behind the counter to help her find things because she has poor vision and can't read the small labels. They usually only have two or three registers open in the whole store. Not sure what happened to this place, because it used to be my go-to store a few years ago. It's gone downhill pretty bad over the last 2 years.

Employees are amazing. Working with what they have. Not enough quality merchandise like the Summit in Bham. I drive to Birmingham to shop. Gadsden needs the same options.

My family visited from Chicago..we visited Belks in Tennessee 2 in George..and by far your store in the Gadsden mall I very disorganized the shoe department haven't been organized in weeks look like I can never find anyone to help me with fine jewelry.

Check out lines were long like Wal Mart today. One lady standing at a register but had a sign that said go to another register. Employees looked aggravated. Got the "if we have them, they're over there" answer when I asked about some shoes, then she let me know the shoe department is self serve now. The one way stores can compete with online is to have good customer service. Finally found a checkout and Lana was doing a great job trying to assist everyone!

I visit Belk only about once or twice a year, since covid came along. I can spend a couple hours just wondering and looking at everything. They are having a good sale going on now.

They have good stuff but the card machine hardly ever works properly. I'll be going to Rome belks from now on.

Out of all the employees that were working this weekend, we had 1 employees that greeted us. We never find any classy dresses to wear to my daughters wedding. Ended up going elsewhere with I'm sure a better price and a gorgeous gown. Step it up Belks!!

Clean store. Helpful associates. I had a gift card from Christmas and found the coolest little single waffle maker. Can't wait til Saturday morning!
