They are always out of things that I need. Basic items like canned soup and fresh vegetables. Happens almost every time. I have even walked out of the stor and gone to Publix. More expensive but I'm going to end up there anyway!

Waited over an hour and a half to get my pickup order. They had so many cars waiting that they didn’t fit in the pick up slots. No way to cancel the order, or I would have just gotten a refund and went in myself. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems like that at this store.

Staff is always friendly & helpful - even when store has been rearranged (which seems to happen regularly). Always great value in the store.

They have the worst pick up service! Waited well over 20 minutes after having checked in in the app. Several cars parked for pickup after I did and all got their stuff before I did. Literally 8 to 10 cars. Employees were coming out to hand out orders and wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that I had been parked there way longer than everyone else. Ended up having to call in and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Couple calls later someone finally picks up, does not apologize just asks for the parking number and proceeds to hang up. Pickup area is super inconvenient and they take longer than it would take you to just walk in the damn store to do the shopping yourself. Now that’s bad customer service.

It's a Walmart. It's better than the one in Marion, OH, but apparently, despite 400 registers, you have wait in line and self-checkout. It's fancy like dollar tree.

Good selection and has been relatively resistant to supply chain shortages. They have the store organized a bit strangely though with many of the frozen food aisles and refeigerated items towards the back. I think it is better to have the dry food and non-perishables towards the back of the store and have shoppers work their way towards the frozen foods at the front of the store.

Good grief. They need to fire one cashier in particular. I've lived here since 2012, and I've never seen as rude of an individual as the cashier who was on register 7 tonight. Not the older woman, but the female who is about 5'6. 240lbs, glasses, bad hair, etc., etc. She treats customers in an obvious racist fashion to the point where it makes everyone uncomfortable. tonight it was two guys from either the middle east or India. She talked down to them the moment they got to the register, there was an issue with the price of one of the items they wanted to purchase and she was so rude and held up the line and it was the ONLY LINE OPEN, for 15 mins. I've seen her hover over my daughter in self check out and I've had to ask her to back away from me in self check out because of how she literally sat on me, while I was checking out.
