I think Publix offers the best shipping experience. There are clerks on hand to assist customers all the time. I really appreciate the valet service. I have mobility problems and it means a lot to be able to get physical assistance! The Mart Carts are always charged and available. Their fresh meats and other items are very good. The Deli and got food section is outstanding. Publix is my favorite place to shop!

i didn’t get my free cookie. I was told you have to be 12 and under and I think that’s quite ridiculous absolutely ridiculous and yeah that’s my review. this man told me no he should be fired

Their fried chicken is so good. I love to get chicken from them now and then but their prices are to high for me. But other than that it's always clean fresh bread yummy desserts and everyone is always helpful and friendly

We love Publix, but... Price is now 30%+ higher than Wal-Mart!!! Compared a small shopping list and Walmart was about $17 and Publix was $23+ A little higher is expected for the sevice, but not 30%+!!

I am biased, I love Publix in general, but the Alabaster location has excellent Customer service. It is smaller than its sister stores, so there is a limited selection compared to the others, but they do an amazing job of stocking for the special market. From Kosher to Gluten Free. The company has been amazing at finding regional and local options for missing national brands. Even during these times. Definitely check out their Alabama section, and ask Produce for selection grown in the South.

All is well and people are very nice and efficient. My only negative is the produce seems not kept up great. Either to ripe or to green or perhaps wilted.

Great experience overall, but I was disappointed that they didn't have my favorite clam chowder in stock. They did have Bar Harbor Manhattan style, which is just okay, but I think if they can have 20 cans of the M. style, they can stock at least a few cans of the much better Bar Harbor New England style.

I would give it 5 but they keep supporting political initiatives in Florida that are not safe for the long-haul of Democracy for the Nation. Like the Gates family. Best grocery store ever though and has been for as long as I have known about them. At least since '89.
